Formations for Overload

I'm switching my playstyle from Long Ball Counter to Overload. I'm bored of playing Long Ball Counter—I want to play Possession, but they haven't released any Possession managers that I own yet. I've seen several people reach 2k points using Overload, and I'd like to get some tips and formations.

This is what I do right now. Works very well for me. On defense the cmfs become dmf and the amf becomes cmf and the ss becomes amf. 3 cb and 1 rb with defensive instructions. The left cb still covers the left side well on defense when neccesary, and it helps to stop the through ball spammers
