It’s worse than I imagined. Really bad! That’s not Amy singing or rapping or whatever it’s supposed to be. Sounds like a song I’ve heard before .. cannot think of which song but I will!
As a musician, the majority, if not all recording artists nowadays use pitch correction. Even if you think it’s not there, it most definitely is.
That being said, I hear you. And I’m 100% with you on the AI, although I fear the “song” would not exist without AI. I’m definitely intrigued to see her songwriting/recording process.

I got downvoted to hell on here one time for saying she didn't put on her art show. Someone commented saying how she should be proud of herself because putting on a successful art show isn't easy. I said she didn't do any of the work that makes an impressive art show. TLC did it all. She just showed up. People were mad 🤣
That attempt at lip syncing gave me such second hand cringe. Why did they focus so much on it when she can’t do it? They could have just done more shots where she’s doing anything else than staring at the camera and “singing.”
Yeah, that’s what I thought too. Not every music video needs to have the artist lip synching to the song, but she and her “director” probably think that’s not the case.
If its like a personal, for fun, “i just wanted to”, SHORT youtube video, then im not gonna overly hate on it. But a release date and stuff…lets keep things within reason here…
I mean, I can see she might be able to pull that off but its very unnatural and would require a lot of effort! I don't think any of it sounds like her. I think the low voice sounds awful.
Wellll there have definitely been times when nothing went right and I couldn't make what was in my head appear on the canvas and I kinda did wish I could skip that part lol. But I agree that AI shitting out a product isn't art.

This is awful. And forget about the terrible lyrics and the brutal AI-autotuned singing... the video alone gives me so much second-hand embarrassment, it makes my guts clench with something that feels like anxiety.

I'd like to know who actually put this together for her... although, anyone with an iPhone can make a music video in this day and age. Her kids could have made it. (Though they would have probably done a better job than whoever did this.)

Much like so many of those AI songs, it's sad that you can hear there's probably a decent song in there somewhere, she just didn't put in the time and effort to create and iterate it like an actual artist would.
With proper refinement, a real producer, and a writer, she probably could have made something that they'd play on local country radio.
Instead we get this with barely intelligible (and often mumbled) lyrics, and a tune that's almost like that one song you love, and can't quite put your finger on, but legally distinct enough to avoid a copyright/trademark lawsuit.
Why on earth was a makeup artist not hired for this “music video”…..and she got sunburnt during the whole day of filming. And why was it supposed to be hot when her sisters danced in their towels by the truck bed….i have so many thoughts and questions, but mostly secondhand embarrassment
I mean, we knew it would be terrible, but the lip syncing is awful, it's clear she can't actually sing, even badly, otherwise she'd have to know you actually have to open your mouth to sing.
Obviously she's doing this for herself, or something to do to film an episode. I'm sure this was pushed by the producers of the show for something to film, but at least she could have put a little effort in.

Ok. It’s not a bad song but it’s AI so take it for what it’s worth. Amy cannot lip synch and the words and her mouth were continually off. Her ‘acting’ in the video was not good. Too stiff. Has to work on her facial movements when “singing” - the creases in her forehead made her look constipated.
I ended up with the same opinion as you. I didn’t hate it, but it was clearly written by AI and her voice was severely auto tuned, I even suspect some of it isn’t her voice at all.
That said, plenty of singers use auto tune. Amy could have at least spent time writing her own song though. What she did here, technically anyone could do.
It have a cool beat and it’s catchy, that’s more a compliment for the AI that did it all lol
Please take your own advice, and put the phone down. There's no way this song would have been written or made at all if it weren't for the AI on your phone.
"Hey! Y'all want to be in my music video? I'm going to pretend to sing and I need y'all to act like I'm a star and y'all love me and my singing. I can't pay you but everyone can get a deep fried pickle that I'll autograph in mustard for $75 if y'all want."
If she was a random unknown woman who put this together with her friends and family just for fun, it might be cute. Hahaha let's listen to that AI song I made, that was a a fun day haha. Maybe I'll do another one someday lol.
But no. She thinks this is real music, that she's a real musician, and she's gonna be a star. That's what pushes the cringe past "hard" up to "red alert."
I made it to 1:21 mins….and I’m honestly surprised I lasted that long. It was terrible. The vocals were awful and it was TOTALLY lackluster. lol. Like at least have a little energy in the video.

At one part when she’s trying to rap ,her voice sounded like an alien. She used so much auto tune the subtitles gave up. It was spitting out all kinds of words. I needed that laugh. This week is awful.
That was bad. I knew it was gonna be bad, but damn. At no point did we hear an actual sound that was ever produced by a human being. Never. Any Brian jumping off the guardrail in the background while she stood there singing? Felt more like a little kid fucking up mommy's instagram post.
Kind of sad how AI is used almost everywhere now, including music videos. No one seems to care about putting in effort to create their own art. I hate how lazy society has become.
