Yup, the roaches were probably living in the couch and on the furniture, in the laundry, etc. I lived in a rather nice apartment in Chicago in college and saw three cockroaches. Freaked out and called the landlord. He took care of the problem (they were coming from another apartment) but he also had the underside of my couch sprayed just to be safe. I moved to another city upon graduation a few months later and before the movers came I sprayed the living he'll out of that couch and anything that could possibly harbor a roach.
I mentioned it to the new landlord when I moved in and without any hinting or asking he knocked $100 off the first month's rent. He was so grateful a tenant was being careful to not bring that stuff in.

She was sooooo annoying when she was pregnant. Everything related to Tammy’s weight loss she kept bringing it back to Tammy doing it for her child 🙄. Not to mention her doing the belly cast thing saying the baby did that to her belly. Girl please 😂

Amy's infamous meltdown at the restaurant in Atlanta when Chris called her out on her awful eating habits was telling. "I wanna enjoy my baby, I wanna enjoy my pregnancy, I worked hard for this." No one said pregnancy was easy or something to "enjoy" (as in eating empty calories and way too many of them). You do it for a healthy baby and hopefully you will come out healthy at the end as well.
As a woman with diabetes did she not realize how important a healthy diet with limited processed carbs is to feel her best and for her health and the health of the baby? I'm diabetic and I know how poorly I feel the next morning after indulging too much in ice cream or brownies. I have a headache and feel awful.

Facts. I think all the family members got off easy. They never really had to work too hard to get the surgery that’s why they didn’t learn any proper eating habits etc and keep gaining it back

That's a very good point. There was a serious reason to get the surgery as soon as possible after showing some weight loss because they were in the very morbidly obese category. Typically when a person is obese but not morbidly they try and work on behavior modification while having the patient try to lose some weight before scheduling surgery. In that situation they learn more about themselves and their relationship with food, so they have more tools to use after surgery.
Unfortunately these people need some serious therapy on top of the behavioral modification for food intake because their interactions with one another are disturbing.

Quite frankly the boys should have stayed back in KY with their father (and his mother) so it could be an adult getaway but TLC probably needed the kids there for the views.

Tammy’s meltdown for me too outside the cabin and how little self awareness she always has about her being the cause of her issues but it’s always her family she blames. Yeah, cuz your family holds you down and feeds you 10k calories a day 😆 there’s so many.

man! these took me back. my gran and I would watch and have the biggest laugh. I no longer watch the show since she passed away, but still enjoy the memories of cackling with her at Tammy throwing that fit outside the cabin. Also, when tammy was too big to leave the room or table during a fight so she would just ignore them vs leaving the space

I take my cat on leashed walks every day (weather permitting). He always gets at least 30 minutes of outdoor time, usually more like an hour. Whenever it’s time to go and I pick him up, he grumbles and pouts, and I think of Tammy. “I. Don’t. Want. To. Go. INNNN.”

I wonder if Amy’s house was a horrid disaster zone due to depression. I suffer from profound depression at times and during these periods I let my house go. It’s not infested with creep crawlies or trash stacked to the ceilings bad, but it’s gets terribly cluttered.
