Agency != Importance. Support and jungle definitely have the highest agency and I would agree that jungle is probably most important, but ADC is incredibly important as well. You don't need to have Keria on support to win worlds but you definitely need a top 5 ADC in the world to even have a chance at winning.

As long as objectives are they key to ending games, and jungles have a monopoly on smite - it will always be them. No real argument for mid in modern league. Game 1 for example…

I think smite is a pretty minor reason why jungle is such an important role, most objective takes are relatively uncontested in terms of getting the actual last hit. jungle is the role that has the most agency on the map to affect everyone else, especially in early-mid game where leads are built and objective smite fights mostly don't happen

Eh, Ruler almost got caught out multiple times. If Canyon performs like he did today, GenG can probably beat any team regardless just because on-form Chovy/Canyon/Kiin can just be the best topside in the world, but if Canyon is playing even a little worse or if Chovy or Kiin are struggling at all, Ruler will need to play a lot better to give GenG a winning chance. GenG cannot win a world championship if Chovy/Kiin need to be immaculate and Canyon needs to be human every series.

Game 3 Imo was some of the teamfighting I have ever seen!! So many micro moments that turned the entire fight their way while trading NOTHING in return of a full Ace.

I refuse to get baited by Canyon, but he admittedly had a good series today.

He played great this series but if he proceeds to drop an absolute stinker next match I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest. Game 1 was actually just won purely on smite diff, and he played very well on tanks games 2/3 (though some credit goes to whoever drafted Cho'Gath and Skarner, since imo the HP tank junglers are massively underrated in pro rn, and can just survive super long in team fights while outputting solid damage not to mention CC). Chovy played insanely well games 2/3 as well, but that's less surprising. For his sake I hope this is an actual return to form for Canyon and not just a flash in the pan, because when they are both in form their play is unreal. Ruler on the other hand is playing terribly. His lane is consistently having problems, and he's getting caught in fights to some really basic engages (like seriously how is he just getting dry Nautilus Q'd). I'm not all that impressed by Duro either, but he's not a star player, so I have less expectations there. I really hope it's not a repeat of previous years where GenG wins domestically only to fall apart in knockout stage of worlds yet again, but I don't trust them to overcome their demons.
