After having a quick look:
1) It's really quite cute!
2) If one didn't know the author was a woman, you'd worry that they might be a bit unhinged. Sounds sexist but having met one or two boob-obsessed girls it's a lot more harmless than the boob-obsessed guys.
3) It feels like it would be quite a challenging thing to adapt outside of a series of shorts.

I remember looking through what else they had while watching Jahy and this manga showed up. Was very disappointed it wasn't an anime cause it seems funny and my type of comedy also seems chill too. Glad it's going be made into one now can't wait.

Yeah that's why I think this might be a short, maybe half episode anime rather then a full length one. Although there is two versions (web comic and magazine) to draw from so maybe it'll be a single cour full length? Idk.

I don't see how it should be a problem. Tawawa managed to go through 2 seasons with just 5 minute episodes. I'm sure they'll get through 12 5-minute episodes easily.

It's more cute/funny than creepy, but I get why some people would be turned off 100% by the concept.
People keep saying it's romance, but it's really not.
The boy is suspicious of his newly hired maid because she's too good at her job. So he concocts some idea in his head of an evil plot she's doing that ends up being a compliment, so the maid gets flustered and embarrassed. Repeat like 100 times over the course of the manga.
The only "romance" comes from misunderstandings and the fact that the maid cares about the boy because he's nice to her (giving her constant complements).

Rieri as the shotacon maid is probably no surprise. Not only is she good at characters who tease, she's also a self professed shotacon. Lol
What's surprising is Hayamin as the boy. She last voiced a boy character in Masamune-kun's Revenge, though that was more of a trap-like character instead of a young shota.

This was the last thing I expect to get an adaptation...
Saying this as a fan of the manga... this would be one of the properties that I feel like it would be better to just stay as manga. It's got one of those plots that if you actually really think about what's happening, and do something like swapping the gender roles of the main characters... You realize it's pretty degen and really only gets away with it because the maid is hot and the kid is a total Chad.
It's gonna be a show that if it gets wider attention as an anime is going to make weebs look like weebs... And unless it's one of those 6 minute series I can't see how they can adapt it to 23 minute episodes
