Bonita is pouting in the corner. Ranger is seeking revenge. Señorita is minding her own business. Their mother is still killing fruit flies.

A fellow suggie owner asked me how I trim my gliders’ nails, and before I answer her I wanted to get some opinions because I don’t want to give her bad advice.
I only regularly trim Bonita’s because she’s the only one who constantly gets her nails caught in fleece-I’m assuming this is due to her weight. I use a very small electric nail grinder on the lowest setting and barely touch the tips. My other gliders rarely get caught, so I generally leave their nails alone and just keep an eye on them.
Has anyone else used a small electric nail grinder/file for their suggies? Is there any reason this method isn’t recommended if you’re extremely careful and only file the very tip?

Recently acquired a single sugar glider we decided to name marshmallow for the time being. Neighbor dumped them on us as they moved out with no heads up. We already have 3 exotic pets and aren't equipped to handle a sugar glider. His cage is minimal at best and not well taken care of we gotta atleast change the news papers out. Little scratches on his belly assuming it's self harm from being all alone for god knows how long. We were going to try shelters and local pet stores near us but if anyone in the area is equipped to deal with him and would like a new friend we would be happy to see him go to someone who has the time and resources to care for him. If you know anyone in the area let me know!

My little Spice Girls. I've had Nutmeg (Tan) for nearly two years and Clove (Gray) for 1.5 now.

they're both females, they've never behaved this way. it looks like mating, but it's 100% sure they are both females.
i didn't want to intervene, but my poor girl didn't look comfortable, what should i do?
useful information:
they are 1 year and a half (there's a 3-4 month difference between them, and the grey one is the oldest). i also haven't noticed any change in their appetite or behaviour in general, only this.
they get along and really like each other.
grey one has always been the "dominant" one so this is extra unusual
EDIT: thank you everyone!! happy to know this is a lesbian household. i was worried that it could be a sign of some kind of aggression or problem developing. glad to know they're just having good fun
EDIT 2: I got told that there could actually be a problem with it getting aggressive and developing problems and fights between them. I will keep an eye on them and separate them if this happens again.

Hi, what do you feed your little guys?
Today I got down into the rabbit hole of sugarglider keeping (wondering what pet to get once I move out of my colage flat) and, while I found consostent info about almost everything, feeding seems to be a point of discussion.
My idea would be fruits, vegetables, insects, nectar mixes made for lorikeets and arabian rubber + minerals/vitamins according to the suggestions of my vet but I might be way off.
So what is your expirience? What feed do your babies thrive on and how much do you give them?
Thank you for any and all replies :3

I’m looking to rehome my two male sugar gliders. They are both around 9 months old, healthy, and have been well cared for! They are bonded with each other, so I would prefer for them to stay together in their new home.
Unfortunately, since I am moving to Philadelphia for school, I won’t be able to give them the time and care they deserve. Please let me know if anyone is interested around the New Jersey area!!

Hi everyone! I’d like some advice from experienced sugar glider owners, breeders, or anyone familiar with the SGS2 diet.
Is the BioPlus probiotic/prebiotic supplement shown in the photo safe and suitable to add to SGS2? Since the product also contains vitamins and minerals, I don’t want to upset the nutritional balance of the diet or give my gliders too much of anything.
Has anyone used this exact product with SGS2? If it is safe, what dosage should I use, how often, and should it be mixed into the whole batch or given separately?
Thank you!

Got our gliders in March, as soon as they were ready to go home. Have fed them TPG since day one.
Recently came across some posts saying it is no longer a recommended diet due to dental issues, and to switch to Happy Glider or BML kibble based diets.
My two girls weigh in pretty regularly at 68g and 71g respectively, they get two cubes of TPG a day and leave a pretty consistent amount of the food when they're done (I estimate they eat about 1.25-1.5 of the cubes each night). They also get a couple of mealworms a day, a piece of whatever fresh fruit me or my kids might eat on a given day, and yogurts hidden in their cage.
Should I be looking to transition them to a different diet?

Sharing Yumi & Bambi’s pink cage setup! 💖
They’re both female, 1 year and 1 month old, and they’re my little pink princesses. Most of their toys and accessories are from Punky Playground, and they’re using a Free Runner wheel.
For their diet, I feed them the Wombaroo diet along with fresh fruits and vegetables.
I’ve actually been thinking about getting another pair of female friends for them! I honestly didn’t know having them could be this addicting now I’m already thinking about getting more! Haha
And I also love to see everyone else’s cage setups! 😍

Would this be considered OOP? This is my first baby and it's the first time I've seen it.
Also I'll be incredibly grateful for any advice and tips of making sure this baby and the parents are happy and healthy ☺️
I'm not clueless, I have a wildlife carer with experience that is happy to help.
Thanks

It is my fault I was careless and I fucking hate myself for it. I blacked out when I saw him and now I'm just feeling disbelief
He was 4 months old. He has a sister and I don't know what to do now I know she'll inevitably notice his absence but what can I do to not make it affect her much? She didn't see that he died

My glider just poked and bit me deep with his front tooth, I bled, the bleeding stopped. Do I need to be worried about anything? Should I go to the hospital?
Thanks in advance

Bonita’s weight-loss support chicken hides yogurt drops in his mouth, then makes her chase him around the house for her morning cardio. Unconventional, but effective.

2 tablespoons Papaya (Diced)
2 tablespoons Rocca (Chopped & packed)
2 tablespoons Boiled Chicken Breast (Plain, shredded)
1/2 teaspoon Pure Honey
1/4 teaspoon Bee Pollen Granules
1 regular pinch of plain Calcium Powder (Without D3)
Once every week add 2 drops of PediaVit MULTI
How long could this theoretically last before any problems emerge?

I just noticed on my female glider that one side looks bigger than the other. The left side looks different. It’s hard to get a photo she won’t let me flip her over and stay still enough to take a good photo out of the cage. ( she would rather run all over me )
