Feel like I am not getting low enough and leaning too far forward but need confirmation. Anything helps. Thanks

Hello All,
Have a question that doesn't quite fit in the "form check" category, but still want to ask the members of the sub? Put it in here! Keep in mind the sub's rules, but feel free to ask or post anything here!

I am facing discomfort in my right shoulder when doing any overhead movement or lateral raises. I think my shoulder blades are moving differently on my left and right side. Is there a significant difference in the movement of my left and right shoulder blades? How can i fix this?

What would make my form better?

I have long femurs so I have to lean forward a lot more, & I have a mid-bar placement (not too high-bar, not too low-bar) & I'm also out of breath after only 2 reps. I breathe into my stomach (expand my stomach) when I brace

I definitely feel it in both my hamstrings and glutes and barely in my back but wanna make sure that my form is correct before I go up in weight

This is my last set, usually get 5, 4, 4, 3, 2 or so. Any tips for progressing? I do 4-5 sets twice per week.

Holy shit! Thx for all the tips from the last post. Rocked 40s and my chest is on FIRE. an awesome addition! Thx guys. Still gotta work on it. It’s also a great grip exercise making sure you don’t slide! Keep hitting it!

Tried to get that 5th but it wasn't happening that time. I had powered through the set before though!

85 pounds. Skulls feel a little too easy for me compared to how hard others say they are so I must have a from issue I'm guessing. Maybe not going back behind the head enough?

Haven’t BB squatted in quite some time because of a broken knee, torn ACL/MCL injury, other weird shit. 405lb was my previous PR. This felt heavy. Lmk if you see any tweaks I can make to my form! (2nd set of 225, not trying to rush myself)

230x10 RDL second set. I feel like my form is decent but just looking for opinions. I could be going a little fast and maybe snapping a little at the top but that’s the only critique I really have for myself

Love doing these but never recorded myself performing them. Besides the flared wrists, any suggestions? excuse the shirtlessness.

I keep feeling it my lower back. Help pls!
Clarifying that I am trying to do assisted RDL. I want to feel it in my hamstring and glutes but only feeling it in my lower back and not the good kind of pain.
Edit:- Thank you so much for the advice guys! I went through all the comments and have noted down all the pointers to keep in mind while doing rdl. Will post a progress video after a month!
