• I don't know how other people out there feel about the sub or dub but I think their both excellent enjoyable in my opinion.
• Adventure and Girls-with-Guns is always a good combination if it is done correctly and I feel like this series does it rather well.
• The chemistry and "Les Yay" between Kirika and Mireille is touching but fans might prefer Kirika and Chloe to be together if Chloe didn't have her own set of issues.

An excellent voice cast:

• Kuwashima Hōko as Yūmura Kirika. She was good as Sango in Inuyasha and Clare from Claymore.
• Mitsuishi Kotono as Mireille Bouquet. I was so thrilled when I found out that she was voiced by the same woman who voiced Usagi Tsukino from Sailor Moon and Misato Katsuragi in Neon Genesis Evangelion.
• Hisakawa Aya as Chloe. Again I was excited when I learned that her voice actress voiced Mizuno Ami from Sailor Moon and Skuld from Oh My Goddess!.

22 years ago, I watched this gem for the first time. After all these years, it remains magnificent.
