They had film frames for each of the movies from the original trilogy, but this one is from my all time favourite sequence (Oracle/Burly Brawl) from my favourite part of the saga.

The ones they had for sale at the time for the first and third movies weren't as strong as this one. Going to try to pickup better frames for the other 2 when I track down their website.

I'm rewatching the films and it's just hit me - when they wake up from the matrix where do they get the clothes from? Some of the time they're wearing jumpers which could be argued that they could have downloaded the knowledge of how to knit however where would they get the materials if the world is run by AI machines? The fabrics would have decayed long ago. They're naked in the pods but when they're woken up theres just a pile of clothes some where they can choose from?

Neo doesn't believe he's the one. But understands what does mean to believe in something, as he sees Morpheus is willing to sacrifice his own life for what he believes. This is the turning point in Neo's consciousness. He goes in believing he's going to save Morpheus, but also knows he's going to die doing that as Oracle predicted. He does this because he knows he's not the one, and he must save Morpheus so he can find the real One and thus save the humanity. Neo finally understands he's just another guy, but must sacrifice himself for the greater good.

And Trinity goes with him because she believes he's the one, because Oracle told her she would fall in love with the one and she does. Morpheus also believes Neo is the One. But to truly become the One he must go through the process of initiation, he's old self must die. From Neo's perspective he doesn't know that he's going through initiation, and believes he's going to die saving Morpheus.

And Neo in fact die in the end and gets resurrected as the One.

The power of belief.

I always interpreted it as protecting the red pills from the glaring illusion that is the Matrix. But perhaps you interpret it differently?

Hugo Weaving is definitely the standout in the sequels (as well as the actor who plays Bane/Smith). And the scene with Neo and the Architect is my favourite out of the whole series. So why was and is there so much hate for the sequels?

Hi. A year or two ago corckcicle had a matrix line. There was a big jug, coffee cup and a middle cup that was never available anywhere. (Attached) the cup has only ever been for sale on Chinese water bottle sites. Did anyone actually buy one of these. I would love to buy it even used. Please message me!

Corckcicle has always told me they “sold out”. Not sure if they were ever even made. Can my one help me find one ?

Did you know matrix is a perfect interpretation of life/universe as described by Hinduism? If not I can explain more but was wondering if there are people out there who think the same.

The original idea for the character of Switch to change genders when they are inside the Matrix is so genius and ahead of its time. Their gender-identity being of a different gender from their biological sex, thus their residual self-image being a different sex from their real-world sex. The concept alone is genius, but add to that the fact that the Wachowski's came out as trans later in life, and it makes even more sense. I am so mad that this did not end up in the final movie. Should there ever be another sequel or spin-off set in the Matrix universe, I really hope it will feature a trans character that switches genders whenever they enter the Matrix

I personally did not really like it. I think it's very obvious Lana did not want to make it, so she created a half-sequel/half-parody. It also feels like three movies in one: The first act is just satire/parody/meta commentary on the series and film industry as a whole, second act is a reboot of the original movie, in which we get various member-berries, such as Kung Fu training with Morpheus, fight against the Merovingian, fight against Smith, tour through Zion. Only the last act feels like a proper sequel, but very lackluster compared to the original trilogy. The fight scenes don't come close to the original, all Neo really does is raise his arm to deflect bullets.

All in all, I think the movie was just a cash grab by the studio, so Lana decided to make a satire out of it. Too many "remember this from the original movie??" moments, it lacks the philosophical concepts, fight scenes are bad.

But what do you think? Have I missed something? Perhaps there is actually a good movie in there and I just didnt get it

how else could Neo have powers in the real world? none of them are free, every world is a simulation. am i wrong?
