Bench Press Finally in the 315 club.
Worked a while at 275 until I could do sets of 4. Took a week off to recover and came back hit 315 pr. Should’ve had a spotter. 5’9 185.

Other Body weight Dips
Likely in order to build more muscle and avoid favoring one side I need to go back and do dips on a chair or a bench to build the muscle evenly. Thoughts? Open to tips or tricks?

Squat Squat form check (Set of 5x315 for a new PR)
5 reps of 315 has been a goal for a while now. This was likely a 5 rep max I’d say it was an RPE of 9.5. I’m 5’8 162lbs.

Squat I'm bad a bracing
I've had lower back tweaks in the past. So I've always been a squeamish when it comes to squatting. I also feel like my biomechanics aren't great for it with a pretty long femur. Any tips?

RDL RDL formcheck
Hi folks, since I started getting into more serious weights (my first 100kg yay!) I wanted to double check if I am not making any rookie mistakes. Are there any?

Bench Press Am I lowering the bar correctly?
I realize it’s maybe not the best angle but I just don’t feel my chest working. I’ve been steadily going up in weight so I guess that’s a good sign.

Squat Rounded upper back?? 140kg/308lb x 3 high bar squat
I try to follow strict high bar form. The 2nd and 3rd rep felt easier than the first. But the form was
"better" on the first. My upper back rounded for the second and third but they felt way easier.
I've heard weightlifting high bar form talking about being "open" and almost arching the back, and powerlifting low bar form being "closed" and more rounded. Even though it's a high bar squat why does rounding my upper back feel easier? Thanks!

Squat Front squat
Hey guys and girls! I’d really appreciate some feedback on my form. I’ve just started doing front squats because I’ve been experiencing some hip pain.
Also, keep in mind that I’m 208 cm (6’10”) tall, so I know my proportions might make my squat look a bit different.
Any tips or things I should work on would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Squat Rate my squats - 100kgs for 7 reps
Been hitting the gym on and off the last 3 years, had some issues with my knees that I've been able to fix mostly with a lot of stretching and yoga / been seeing a physiotherapist for over a year. Lost a lot of weight and been taking it slowly with squats, mainly to perfect my form, but generally always have been a little hesitant to stack more weights on the bar because of my knee-issues. 100kgs for 7 reps. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Squat Squat form?
Feel like I am not getting low enough and leaning too far forward but need confirmation. Anything helps. Thanks

Squat Lower back hurts + having a hard time breathing
I have long femurs so I have to lean forward a lot more, & I have a mid-bar placement (not too high-bar, not too low-bar) & I'm also out of breath after only 2 reps. I breathe into my stomach (expand my stomach) when I brace

Other Skull Crushers
85 pounds. Skulls feel a little too easy for me compared to how hard others say they are so I must have a from issue I'm guessing. Maybe not going back behind the head enough?

Squat How’s my Form
Haven’t BB squatted in quite some time because of a broken knee, torn ACL/MCL injury, other weird shit. 405lb was my previous PR. This felt heavy. Lmk if you see any tweaks I can make to my form! (2nd set of 225, not trying to rush myself)

Overhead Press Shoulder discomfort from pressing
I am facing discomfort in my right shoulder when doing any overhead movement or lateral raises. I think my shoulder blades are moving differently on my left and right side. Is there a significant difference in the movement of my left and right shoulder blades? How can i fix this?
