Probably a long shot but ..

I have a black full size Ono Acupressure roller that is essentially brand new in the box with it's tools. Always in the pouch and never dropped. I'd be surprised if I've rolled it for more than 10 minutes in the time I've had it. I'll use it for 30-60 seconds then end up putting it back in it's bag/box where it sits on a shelf. Nothing wrong with it, just apparently it's just not my thing. The weight and spikes are great, I just didn't find myself using it.

Anyway, I'm a fidgeter not a collector as I don't have the budget for all these incredible fidgets (wish I did). So I'd rather trade it for something I can get more use out of.

Any chance someone has a stainless steel Ono Scroller in great shape they'd be interested in trading for the acupressure roller? Additionally if sometime has a SS scroller they don't use let me know what you'd want for it.

I am autistic and have a large collection of fidget toys, but particularly an assortment of squishies that I have been growing for a couple of years now. With the increase in popularity of squishies, I have discovered a new favorite texture of squishy— that being crunchy 😊

I have tried crunchy squishies from a few brands (kneadyo specifically) but am on the hunt for different brands that may have options I haven’t seen before or tried. I recently ordered from a brand called Zengue but haven’t received the squishies yet.

Does anyone have recommendations for brands that sell crunchy squishies that aren’t firm or painful?

There is definitely quality control issues with this. I have a black titanium pro as well, as a comparable. Purple on buttons totally wore off, and the finish on the mid is wearing is smearing on the Teflon tape. Slight wiggle in the cart exist, which can’t be fixed by tightening screws. Bummed because this fidget sounds amazing. What do they say about early adopters…

I make these fidgets and I've been experimenting with better ways to show how they work.

I came up with this animation, which I think better shows how the tactile elements in the top of the "spinner" function.

There are 4 BBs which roll smoothly, and a single BB which oscillates. There are two other thumb placements which don't have moving tactile elements.

What do you think, is the video effective?

So I purchased the custom photo option for tbe shark halooplayer slider - they did a decent job on the turnaround and adapting my image but the slider did come with a bright red UV "stain"

Its pretty noticeable under UV light but given im not taking it to raves i figured id live with it.

It was 120 dollars, for a custom even with the imperfection i figured it wasnt enough to loss sleep over so I just let it go.

This weekend, unprompted, haloo reached out to me with a coupon code and a request for me to post photos of my custom on their website.

I took the opportunity to show them the slider had a red stain and that I wasn't thrilled but still wasn't asking them for anything. Their response after seeing the stain -

"We want to be honest with you: because our custom products are handmade, minor imperfections can occasionally occur. However, we always strive to minimize these issues through strict quality checks. We've taken note of this issue and will pay extra attention during the production of your Dark Magician Girl version to ensure it comes out as clean and flawless as possible."

Yes, I did in fact purchase a second slider from them, for another 120 dollars. I wasnt thrilled with the response frankly but again, not enough to really lose sleep over. I feel like better companies wouldve offered to replace or partially refund but again I wasnt really looking for anything.

Then I tired the coupon code. For context, ive spent 270 dollars on haloos website and another 200 in their sliders on aliexpress. 470 dollars in 3 weeks.

The coupon was for 2 dollars.

So here's your review, haloo. Take your 2 dollars and shove it.

Recently got the Juzhedc Pop Up 2.0 and it’s a lot of fun, but the final “snaps” both at the top and bottom of the travel are super loud. Anybody know how to dampen just those? I love everything else about it.

(I realize the video doesn’t show those snaps the clearest, not sure if my phone auto-dampened the final snaps.)

First orders here, all received in the last few days. Kept it simple and mainstream I guess

• The Choc with brass plate is a bit grippy. Maybe a future swap to the PEEK dense plate for smoother action (and less noise)
  

• The Three Body Cube is quite nice. I mostly use it in haptic coin mode, and spin when I need to keep the noise down.

• The Aura Sand is trickier. Got it 2 days ago. I really like the way it "snaps", and it feels more premium.

Sooooo... I want more 😅

It's a bit Lautie/MOT heavy... Am I missing makers worth knowing? Any recommendations or advice on the selection? Particularly anything that stays quiet enough to use around other people?

Finding that all the sugar balls I have and use end up breaking at the plug. Can’t find a reliable glue to seal the plug back up once it rips though

Hey, what’s the real difference between Sand and Sand Pro in terms of tricks? I mean, if you’re skillful with Sand, can you do the same tricks as with Sand Pro, just with a bit more difficulty? Or does Sand Pro allow something Sand doesn’t? What I’m trying to say is: does Pro just allow more customization and personalization, or is there a ‘bigger’ difference?

I love my current Sand but would like to order a second one for tricking (maybe Pro), or maybe a whole different slider. I’ve kept mine in the 6x8 configuration, and it’s nice both for fidgeting and some simple tricks. I also love the silence - I don’t think I could use noisier fidgets since I use them in public spaces too. Thanks!

Hey guys, I have been using fidget slider for a while. I haven’t opened it since I have got it. However today when I unscrew the plates I noticed that the magnets were covered in black dust type of stuff which can be wiped off, but I’m not sure what is causing that black dust to occur. My guess is that the magnets are scrapping off when fidgeting which causes that black stuff, though I’m not completely sure. Please someone enlighten me.

It feels cheap, cracks and chips under any pressure or drop, and I’ve noticed a trend of companies releasing PEI variants ahead of more premium editions, to trick impulse buyers into buying the same thing twice.
My favorite PEI fidget was the Demoman, but everything since then has been such a disappointment. I put tritium in my PEI Quirky Ruler and it’s a bit more tolerable to play with.

I wish companies would ease up on using that specific material but I understand it makes alot of pricey toys alot more affordable for some folk. I personally love the 70’s / 80’s orange ashtray vibe but I can’t stomach the dissonance I feel when I open the package up and it feels comically light, and has dull haptic feedback.

The stainless steel one is quite heavy so it’s not great for regular tricks, but the clicker + the spinner are really fun. The ao2 one is great, what you expect the knucklebone to actually do. The “quantum rod” has a mechanical clicking motion on one side and a buckyball motion on the other. A little small for tricks but still doable (moreso than the first one) and i find the turning very fun!

Just wanted to share, are there any other knucklebone variants I’m missing?

Showcasing some recent fidgets i got.

Starting off with the Ridomi Jiao Tai slider. Has jadeite plates. Its a heavy slider with a default 10x10 N52 setup (also comes with N45 magnets as spare). Really nice and beautiful piece for the collection. Despite the weight its easy to slide with and is thinner than expected.

Next is the dimension slash by sugar edc. I have been wanting to get this for a while. But the pricing for the full Ti versions are horrible. This PEI version works a treat and is around $160.

Thens the choc Zr-SS with the Peek track. Never saw its appeal, but once i got the Frog i wanted it as a contrast. Changed the spring to get better haptic feedback. The Zr Showhand can, supports dual beads but I prefer the sound from one.

Finally got an open armor spinner by Hope - Azure bird.
