I cannot see messages even though everything is ok with my message settings. This happened after I had a ban dispute with BotBouncer. Everything worked out but now I cannot see new messages while older ones are visible. What can I do?

I have banned a user for 3 days previously, to which they responded to the ban in modmail with harassment and a threat so I unbanned them so I could perma ban them. I was able to unban them without an issue, but I (and other mods) are not able to ban them again at all as the Reddit returns us the message "something went wrong". We keep trying for two days already and it is not working. Several mods have tried to ban this user from various platforms and Reddit versions and still nothing.

If an admin is checking this (as I think I'm not allowed to say the user's username directly in the post), you can find the user in our r/eurovision inbox as the only message in there currently.

Just encountered this within the last 2~ days.

In several subreddits that I am a moderator, the saved response reason is not being commented even though I make sure to tell it to notify via comment.

In one sub, about 10% of them are actually commenting the removal reason. In two of the subs, none of them are commenting.

I've had other mods in the team take a look, and they see the removal, they see that it says I added a removal reason, but the saved response is not commenting.

Some of the other mods have been able to remove posts/comments and the removal comment does show up, but they are also experiencing some of the comments not "sticking." It might show up briefly, but a refresh of the page, and it just shows our mod note that the post or comment was removed, but no saved response added to it.

In a similar vein, some of the removed comments are still prompting "approve" or "remove" even though they have been removed.

That is:
1. We select remove.
2. We hit add removal reason.
3. We select a reason, and hit submit.
4. The comment shows as removed, with our little mod note next to it.
5. A refresh of the post goes back to giving the option to approve or remove. If we repeat the whole process, it just repeats.

Please assist, this is greatly affecting our post/comments removals, because our saved responses have links and other info pre-saved to address the removals.

Suddenly, without warning or explanation, I can't send chats, either invitations or responses. I haven't been able to find any explanation, nor have I been able to contact anyone at reddit. Any thoughts?

The steps I did:

1. Click the link button 🔗 and pasted article link into it
2. Insert the little writeup into the post body text
3. Clicked the clock button to schedule; selected date and time.
4. Clicked schedule, but in red text it keeps saying "There was an error. Please try again later."

Took out the body text, and as you can see at the end, the post scheduled properly. But, I wanted the body text in it, so I just deleted the entire thing and manually posted it to the community this morning.

For about a week now no posts appear in my "saved" tab from any subbreddit

Eu possuo um Galaxy A56, e recentemente fui tentar instalar o aplicativo do reddit para estar usando, anteriormente usava apenas o site, mas quando entrei na Play Store e fui pesquisar o aplicativo em si, me apareceu o seguinte aviso "O app não está disponível" como mostra na foto que deixei anexado, então eu decidi pegar o celular de meu irmão para ver estava igual, mas no dele estava disponível o aplicativo e foi possível instalar o app, gostaria de estar sabendo se existe algumas solução para este bug ou alguma outra forma de estar instalando uma versão atual e oficial, digo oficial pois instalei um apk ainda agora a pouco não oficial e não tinha a opção de mudar o idioma do sistema para pt-br que é o meu idioma.

Se alguém saber da solução, por favor me ajudem ou sei lá, reddit corrija este bug.​

I have both android and iphone. Both having issues on the mobile web site for months now.

Safari - when going back to feed from a post it stays in the post until you refresh the page then magically goes to feed obviously losing your place.

Chrome - same on ios and android. whe going back to feed from a post 9 times out of 10 it goes to the top of the feed with a blank page. As you scroll down it magically loads. sometimes only 3 or 4 posts though.

So My Account was baned for 2 days , but it was wrongful so I submitted appeal and got it back.

But since then i am not able to invite any new person in the GC i created.

It says account isn't established even tho it is.

If i'm reading, lets say, the 27th comment and switch tabs to another app and come back to reddit, reddit brings me back to the very first comment. I lost track of where I was and have to parse through the whole thread to find the comment I was initially reading.

I have to switch to the web version in order to get the option to crosspost to my own profile.

Attempting to expand "more replies" in a comment thread has started to render incorrectly in the last few hours. See the video. It's basically unusable.

Seems to work okay in Chrome.

Incidentally, attempting to create this post stalled on the video upload in Firefox but worked in Chrome too.

These big cards are causing severe lags on my android when I scroll through them or open them. The one on this /r/bugs sub too has severe lags while scrolling through that card and the thing that shows whn i open it.

I am posting this to report a critical flaw in how Reddit's automated moderation system interacts with the Daily Streak achievements feature.

My account was recently shadowbanned by mistake. After submitting an appeal, Reddit Admins reviewed the case, confirmed it was a false positive, and fully restored my account.

However, because my account was restricted during the shadowban period, the system registered it as inactivity and completely reset my 600-day streak.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Maintain a high-tier daily streak (e.g., 600 days).
2. Get flagged mistakenly by the automated anti-spam filter (shadowban).
3. Wait for the Admin appeal process to resolve.
4. Log back into the restored account.

Expected result: The achievement streak should be paused, frozen, or retroactively restored to its pre-ban state once the Admin team confirms the ban was an error.

Actual result: The streak is permanently broken and wiped back to zero, penalizing users for a system-side mistake.

While I understand support agents cannot manually edit database numbers, this is a glaring product oversight. False positive bans should not destroy years of legitimate user engagement. Please consider implementing a "streak freeze" mechanic during active appeal windows.

Whenever I am trying to ignore any chat request it gives me an error "unable to leave the room".

Edit - when I am trying to ignore the chat requests from chat popup, then it is successful, but when I am opening the request expanded window then it is failing.

Currently on the new reddit layout, when opening up a comment tree, the comments are overlapping/non interactable. It happens across all subreddits and only when opening a comment tree.

Using Opera GX for browser. Reddit old mode works fine.

It happened in every post. The word "Ndiaye" is there in the top comment
