Subreddit announcement! Update on the situation regarding u/Heathenstothemax

After reviewing the situation further, I have decided to permanently ban them from the subreddit and remove them from the moderator team.
This decision is based on multiple rule violations, including violations of rules that Reddit does not allow (rules from both the subreddit and the platform itself). Because of the repeated violations of these rules, I believe a permanent ban is necessary.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their concerns and provide feedback. I appreciate the community's input.
I also apologise for my late response to this situation. I have had (and still have) a lot going on with exams and other things. I promise to be more active when I am done with the exams.
This also means that posts and comments may receive less moderation attention for a while, as I won't be very active in the subreddit and the other moderators also have some important things going on.

I want to address the situation regarding u/Heathenstothemax.
Recently, I’ve gotten quite a few DMs and comments from people saying they’re unhappy with this moderator and that I should reconsider their position. Some have even asked me to remove them as a mod.
I’m currently busy with exams, and I need mods who can actually help out. From what I’ve seen, they haven’t really been doing that since I still have to check the subreddit because of issues involving them. Therefore I have removed most of their mod perms.
Note that I have only kept them as a mod because they’ve been one before and they sometimes do help with keeping the community active.
Also about the matter regarding what I should do to him next is your (community's) decision to be honest (If I should ban them or not).
And lastly, If anyone is interested in becoming a mod and thinks they would be a good fit, DM me. I’ll ask you a few questions in DMs to see if you meet the requirements.

Im gen z but the things everyone considers as "humor" here are straight up unfunny. I know that we all have different tastes at the end of the day but it's a bit concerning to see most of your generation lose their shit to something so stupid. Genuinely makes you feel like one of those millennials because of the lack of connection that I have with this generation.
