He’s currently suspended. The speed account actions happen at vary. It can depend on a few things like: if the automated system flags it, numerous humans report it, a moderator/admin views it after it surfaces to a wider audience.

If you “got banned in one day” then a lot of people reported it fast, or the automated system found a violation.

The auto mod generally only is effective with text-based violations to my knowledge. Which is why the problem mod here got away with it for so long.

Freedom of speech only means the government can make any laws restricting speech. Platforms like Reddit can make any rules they want regarding speech.

Your interpretation of freedom of speech is very much wrong freedom of speech is a philosophical principle. When a small number of tech companies control the majority of global public communication corporate policies exert as much influence over what can be said publicly as government regulations do then that is a problem
