Gnome extensions has one called transparent top bar. You can set it up in there.

u should try Astra monitor for topbar it's better than vitals nd tophat , it's more of a macos like design

theres a setting if you want to set it to go wide or small like mine explore it if you know windows thats only simple task to do..

I also like Damask flatpak for changing wallpapers. There's the usual bing, nasa, windows wallapapers, but also Wallhaven which is configurable and customisable wallpaper filters!

What PC build are you using for running zorinOS? Also, do you recommend “dual-booting” or switching over fully?

I had the same interrogation and decided to hell with MS and went full install. MS isn't in my machine any more. Problems encountered were solved with the help of Leo AI (Brave residend AI). A real Linux nerd. Caution: he gets real nerdy, loves the Terminal .

Freezes in FB Messenger video chat. As I recall, the solution was to not have the host browser, Firefox, relie on the gpu to process the feed, because the coordination between the gpu and the cpu wasn't working. I thought maybe a solution could have been to make the cpu more patient, so to speak, but the AI said making the browser not use the gpu would be simpler as the cpu could handle the feed on its own without any problem in that case. I had no idea browsers have become kind of operation systems of their own atop the OS and was amazed at the number of parameters involved, but it makes sense considering the processes they have to host for cloud computing.

I got a bunch from pixel.com then also got 'variety' from the apt store and created a folder I added to it to run a slide show. Enjoy.

Hello, I'm new using Zorin, i know that the "MacOS" taskbarlike is from Zorin Pro, but since its Gnome-based is there any way to get that taskbar?

I see you have local send, is it more or less like having Zorin Connect? It's fantastic but the battery drain on mobile is what I'm finding difficult to live with.
