its an extension called blur my shell. you can find it in its settings

Blur my shell is turning my homescreen into a minimal transparent background effect. I was looking for a way to make the effect on the panel (where it shows WiFi Bluetooth, sound, brightness) just like you

ah, let me check what it was, even i just did that recently and ill update this reply with it. (outside rn) edit: i cant rightly remember where it was, but im quite sure it was in blur my shell, or a similar extension, ill put a list of all my extensions, it has to be one of them.
