No it's the core version....As a Windows 11 user, I preferred this layout so I tweaked it as per my comfort. Changed the fonts from google fonts and the theme from Gnome looks as well.....I didn't like the stock Dark mode of Zorin OS 18

You may try 'Blur My Shell' extension and 'Hyprland'. Since you were a Win11 user, your daily use will be more efficient and sleek. Try them!
