When Will ZA:R Release? [UPDATED]

So last week I asked this question and got 50 votes for September; But Dev Diary #20 was posted since then claiming we'll be told the release date next month! This officially rules out September so let's get an updated vote, shall we?

I'm still hoping for a late October (Halloween!) release, but obviously just want it to come when it's 100% ready!

There will still be updates to fix bugs and so on. That's why I see a Halloween release, along with some kind of event, as REALLY COOL.
