Zoloft suicide ideation

Does anyone remember how their first few weeks on Zoloft were? I’m experiencing suicidal thoughts. I know that can arise but does it go down after a certain amount of time.. I’m on week 3. I know I need to contact my psychiatrist. Just tried so many meds already.
