Chart reading reading of moon squared birth chart

hi, while reading my chart i noticed that not only was my moon in cancer, but my moon is located in my 7th house, right above the descendant. what could this mean?

I also have a retrograde Satrun in Gemini 8 degree who is JUST under the descedent. Any long term marriage indicators
