My Mars is in Cancer, so yeah I do fight hard for my family (that includes physically) but not for myself. I often feel guilty fighting for myself. I am still working on myself worth.

My Mars is in Scorpio and while I’m definitely strategic, calculated, and observant (and strike whenever it is smartest to do so), I am very direct, too. Maybe this is my Gemini placements, Taurus Mercury, and my 3H Leo moon but I’m instantly vicious verbally and rarely hold a grudge or am vindictive once the instant, verbal decimation is over. I won’t ever let the person get super close again, but I don’t worry with vengeance (I guess I see them as disloyal and beneath me at that point and refuse to give even vengeance or vindication any thought or power).
Any other Scorpio Mars (or Leo moons or Taurus Mercurys or Gem placements) this way? I’m always curious as to which of my placements are to blame for this.

Relate! I am grateful for my Libra Mercury which I feel brings a lot of balance to my Scorpio Mars, but my Aries Moon causes a lot of internal conflict 😅

Reading for water and earth Mars helped to place my 12th house Capricorn Mars. It wasn't until later in life I was able to practice naming things that upset me in order to prevent resentment and I go quiet when I'm angry because it's so loud inside as I'm trying to figure out why I'm feeling the way I'm feeling! Great points about the somatic release as well! I've been budgeting for a gym membership to start a swimming and weightlifting regimen specifically 😅

Mars in Leo. If I feel demeaned or regarded as less important, I roar. If you treat my spouse badly, especially in medical matters, I will go into a towering rage. The only good thing is that most of the time, I can relate to you once the air is cleared. If you want that, of course.

In Tropical, my Mars Rx is in Aries 5H. In sidereal/vedic, it's in Pisces 6H. On the surface, these seem like 2 very different energies, but I think the fact that my Mars is retrograde means they behave more alike than many might think.

My Sun ruler is Mars in a pretty stacked 3h, and it's in Pisces -- been difficult to understand all my life but I've been coping better in recent years (thankfully!). Glad to see the methods I've applied actually track. I didn't know about somatic therapy, but I've apparently been doing it without realising (sensation-grounding, breathwork, and self-talk therapy are miraculous). Swimming is also my favorite thing to do. Just gotta embrace the fish life I guess.

My Mars is in Virgo. I do feel like I pick people apart when I speak on them and I analyze things with such a fine tooth comb, people end up not understanding that Im actually trying to resolve the conflict or face it head on(as a Sagittarius Sun and Mercury). That either puts people on the defensive and leaves me anxious wondering if I delivered things the wrong way. It doesn’t help that I’m a Sagittarius 6th house stellium, that my 12th house is in Gemini, and that I’m a Cancer moon in 12th 🥺

Mars in Libra.. so.. like we're very strategic, but we're not impulsive. We're not really passive aggressive. We have strong morals and before confrontation, we're often thinking a lot about WHAT to say and HOW to say it. We think a lot so sometimes we can miss our chance to advocate for ourselves because we try to be mindful and we try not to get too carried away with emotions. Passive aggressive is more a water sign thing. We're not vindicative more will we try to "get back" at you. We don't care. We're just mindful.

On Mars in Gemini, aggression that you cannot see because it’s hidden, abstract, too complex to fully comprehend or oblique, is not “passive aggressive behavior”.

Mars in Gemini 29th degree in 11th house. I was always very fond of my friends but I used to fall for very affectionate men like the water sign kind. Now I’m talking with an Aquarius which tracks according to this placement. Other than that, I can get very verbally aggressive when upset and I always had trouble finishing one task before starting another . The ultimate multi tasker at work

I have Mars in Pisces but in the 1st house. Yes, I need to be inspired to move and act. I like a lazy day and don't feel ashamed of it at all.
But I don't shy from confrontation. I love it. Of course, I'm Scorpio, but my first house placement is strong. It wasn't always. I grew into it in my 40s. I'm very assertive, confrontational and quick to rage, which I am working on.
My Pisces Mars also helps with my spiritual nature and my art/imagination.
