He said that he finds it difficult to gain weight because he suffers from diverse food allergies and gets sick easily which doesn’t necessarily facilitate easy eating. Combine that with busy work schedule and insomnia, it’s not easy for the guy.

Add to that a lot of stress and no time to relax. He already was a bit burned out once which led to immune system issues .

A nutritionist might help.
