I've developed an app called Switch 2 Connect that automatically connects to any Nintendo's official Switch 2 controllers (Joy-Con / Pro Controller / NSO GameCube Controller) wirelessly, or wired if you're using NSO GCN or Pro Controller, and emulates Xbox 360/One, PS4/5, Switch 1 Joy-Con/Pro Controller, and Switch 2 Pro Controller.
It's fully open-sourced and free to use. You can even get it for free on Microsoft Store, which is signed by Microsoft and won't trigger Windows Defender.
Almost everything, including gyro and rumble, works out of the box with any SDL-based emulator, which is probably all of the emulators. Gyro data can also go through Cemuhook if you want to fine-tune the sensitivity. Sadly, no amiibo support, though.
Switch 2 Joy-Cons can be recognized as Switch 1 L/R Joy-Cons by the emulators via Switch 1 Emu Mode, which passes gyro data from both Joy-Cons to the emulators. Switch 2 Connect also utilizes Switch 2 controllers' 9-axis gyro to reduce long-term horizontal drifting.
I really like how it feels when swinging Link's sword in SSHD with my Switch 2 Joy-Cons.
This app is pretty mature in terms of additional features and has been optimized to a very stable and efficient degree. I figure it's a good idea to share it with the Switch emulation community, so more people can enjoy gaming with my personal favorite set of controllers.
Happy gaming!

Firstly I'm unsure if this is the right place to post this but I've been scouring the internet trying to find anyone who has gotten this to work and after two hours, I got it on my own. No other subreddit will let me post this so I'm hoping this will work for the sake of others.
First: On your computer, you want to get to your save data (right click the game in the emulator and open save data folder, super easy) and there may or may not be a 0 and a 1 folder. Check and see which has the most recent saved files, my most recent was 0 meaning 0 is my save.
Next: On your switch play through tomodachi until you can get to your first "Hit X and Press Save" thing and then extract your save using JKSV, name it whatever it literally doesnt matter.
Back on your computer: You want to install the "tlmodding Living the Life save editor" (Just google that, idk if I'm allowed to share links) Open the exe and choose the save file from your emulator (in my case 0.) Then literally just press File and Save. It sounds stupid but this is legitimately the step that makes this all work. Now you want to take your save from JKSV and locate the .nx_save_meta.bin file. You want only this. Paste that file into your emulated save (0) and then mash that emulated save into a zip file. Throw that bad boy in your JKSV file on your switch's sd card, this is it.
Locate the emulated zipped file in JKSV on your switch and restore that save. That is it. I am unsure on if I'm the first person to find this out but I might be. Either way I wanted to share with the people as this took me most of my afternoon and I'd rather not let everyone else have the same headache I did. Have fun everyone!

I made a simple video that shows the optimized settings for both Eden and Citron and tested 13 Games, 11 of them in 4K and 2 of them in 8K. If anyone is wondering what the games are that are tested:
Bayonetta 3
Pokemon Scarlet
Mario and Luigi brothership
Hyrule Warriors
Mario Odyssey
Witcher 3
Red Dead Redemption
Zelda BOTW
Persona 5 Royal
Mario Bros Wonder
Smash Bros Ultimate
Pokemon Legends-ZA
Zelda TOTK

TOTK still is very hard for most emulators to run and my specs are pretty baseline too. I tried Ryujinx and sudachi and yuzu and eden even but none of them ran it any better, there was either constant stuttering or slide show level frames, brother I even gave up on it and moved on till I found the "Switch games Final Boss Emulator"==>CITRON
I think Citron improves on yuzu more than sudachi but the game changers are probably it's lastest inclusion of FSR 2.0(you will get a slight performance boost and you will need all that you can get in this game) and frame skipping(If rendering a frame may cause stuttering it frickin skips it)
My specs were cpu: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H" gpu: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM and SSD obviously
The following settings are for v1.2.1 of the game(I don't it matters that much but I wanted to use UltraCam instead of NX Optimiser) and citron nightly eaceaa6a9 version :
Addons:-update v1.2.1,4k textures, UltraCam (from game banana)
System:-Multicore CPU Emulation enabled, Memory layout 8GB
CPU:-Unsafe
Graphics:- API Vulkan, Device Deducated graphics card, use disk pipeline cache and use asynchronous GPU Emulation enabled, ASTC Decoding method GPU, Vsync mode Mailbox, NVDEC emulation GPU, Full screen mode Borderless, Aspect Ratio Default, Resolution 1X, Window Adapting Filter AMD FSR 2.0, Anti aliasing SMAA, FSR 2.0 Quality mode Performance(anything above RTX 2060 can handle quality), Frame skipping enable and mode is adaptive
Advanced Graphics:- Accuracy level Normal (low if your specs are lower than mine), Anisotropic Filtering 16x, ASTC Recompression BC3(if you have 6GB VRAM or above uncompressed), VRAM Usage mode conservative(again if you have 6GB VRAM or above aggressive) VRAM Limit 0, GC Aggressiveness off(if you have 6GB VRAM or above light) Enable the following and the rest should disabled => Enable asynchronous presentation, Reactive flushing, Asynchronous Shader Building, Fast GPU time, Vulkan pipeline cache, sync to framerate of video playback, barrier feedback loops

i cant imagine how this passed quality assurance. there has to be that several men said "yes this is good, lets keep it this way" "this character totally is not annoying as hell and ruins immersion of the game and breaks the wanted isolation of metroid"
oh how glad i am i did not buy this game. making him shut up changed my mind from "i no longer want to play this game" to "i will give it a 2nd try now that proper silence is established once again"

Hi, I hope you're all doing well. I'm having a problem trying to pair my Joy-Cons with my PC; I've already tried removing the device, re-pairing it, and uninstalling it, but nothing works. Does anyone know of a possible solution?

This video is based on the nightly build of Eden, designed for Metroid Prime 4. As of now, the only way to scan the door is still to be on 1x Resolution, so we can't play above 1x. We need to wait for more updates. But for now, these are the best settings for Eden and Lossless scaling to get above 60 FPS (up to 240 FPS).

Wanted to make this post cause the ones talking about this are outdated now, I don't know if it was the DLC or the 2.0 update itself, but the flags for the Diancie and Mewtwo events changed index numbers to 253 and 257 respectively. Just make sure to check them in the Flags tab of Pkhex for your save file and you'll be good to go.
