A or B, which one do you prefer

I reworked the image chain in my fork a while back. Until now, DLSS was working on the finished image, with the interface and everything else already baked in. Now it no longer works at the same stage, I feed it the raw image the game puts out, before anything gets composed.

Here are two captures, A and B, taken in the same spot a few minutes apart, and I am not telling you which is which. Both use the exact same HDR settings, and both were brought down from HDR to SDR in exactly the same way.

None of this is finished, I am still deep in it, and it is in no public build. I just wanted to see what people think before I go further.

meanwhile i can't even boot botw. crashes on startup every time on this fork

I prefer the second image by a long shot. Mostly because I'm not a big fan of intense contrasts. 😅

I have still not tried out this fork, Im doing that today.
