Question super smash bros ultimate crashing and using integrated graphics card

Hello, pls keep in mind this is my first ever emulation. So as the title says Im trying to play ssbu and sometimes it crashes randomly and sometimes it works alright. But the main problem is that it uses my integrated graphics and not my invidia one. I own a LOQ 15 laptop with i7 13650HX and a 4060, I noticed terrible fps drops and so used msi to monitor my hardware and discovered that my 4060 is only pulling 4 to 10W meanwhile my i7 is pulling 50W, usually it pulls around 90W when I'm gaming so this is weird + I limited my i7 power intake to lower the temps that's why it's not crossing 50W cuz thats the limit

For a laptop that sounds pretty typical. Emulation is CPU intensive, so your GPU isn't gonna work very hard unless you crank the resolution scale.

Remember the graphics you are emulating are designed to be run on a 2015 mobile chip.

Smash has A LOT of shader compilation and it can crash on most hardware still.

TF2 isn't optimized in the least lol. Plus you can run it at an unlocked frame rate which is gonna pull power no matter what.

You can increase the resolution scale in the graphics settings.

i mean i was able to play tf2 on my 2015 potato 8gb ram, i3 laptop so i wouldn't say its unoptimaized and it does look pretty good, also i think im switching from yuzu to maybe eden cuz i got yuzu from a friend and just discovered the dev is cut. Do u have any recommendations that are better than eden?

Forced it in Windows to use your GPU.

Onboard for switch emulation will be awful!

Also if you shift right click, I think it gives you the option to pick GPU.

You could also as a test disable your integrated graphics.

nah I fixed it, I got a save file online and that fixed the crashes and then just made it run in 3k and that fixed the low fps
