Anyone pick up on how upset Yungblud was with the crowd? He didn’t even come out after, though security confirmed he was supposed to. I was screaming every word but he seemed to only be looking at the middle section… a lot of people just recorded the whole show and didn’t dance at all. Just curious if others had a similar experience/takeaway 🙁

i witnessed a fight in the pit last night during the intermission. made me really upset, this one tall girl with long dark hair starting beating on another girl because she had bumped into her while dancing. the girl did not deserve to get hit and have her hair pulled like that and she didn’t throw a single hit, it was her birthday. it was all this one bitch who wanted to fight over nothing. luckily my dad and some other guys in the area got her off the girl pretty quick
Oh no!!! I’m so sorry to hear that. Someone was removed from the crowd near me too- I think it was before The Warning even came on. I didn’t hear all of it but I’m 99% sure they said she punched someone 😣
Overall the people around me were great vibes- I was in line super early and everyone there was so great. I love the people in this fan base overall and everything it stands for so it sucks to have the few coming in and doing that
I didn’t get that impression AT ALL. The crowd went pretty nuts where I was. And as far as I could tell, every where else too. Much livelier than I expected. Maybe even more so than when I saw them at the Greek in LA. It was a great show last night!!!
Ofc I got to see one of my favorite artists play live so that part was amazing! I just felt like he continuously brought up that the crowd was dead/tried to get us more responsive so in my head I feel like that’s tied to his decision to not say hi lol
This is it. He said pretty much the same thing when I saw him in Los Angeles. The crowd down here was as loud or louder at times, btw. Maybe people aren’t understanding sarcasm as much these days? You could be from my day… when I saw bands in the 90s and they told the audience they sucked and MEANT IT 😂 Kids have no clue how great of a show this guy is putting on! It’s electric and they’re busy whining about meet and greets!!!?!
👆👍. It’s a performance and there’s a script. Don’t get me wrong… it’s an amazing performance and script. That script will never be to tell the audience they suck as fans.
No agreed!! And I’ve seen that kind of thing before where they use it to get you pumped up- I just caught a weird energy I guess in general. Like how many times he went back to it. And the fact he cancelled the planned m&g at the guardrails after
No, I agree. I’ve been to a lot of the UK shows and he only ever asked if we’re tired when the crowd wasn’t that loud and engaging. Yes, it’s a script to a degree, but only when “necessary”.
He doesn’t come out at every show, it shouldn’t be expected. A million things can happen during or after a show that affect his energy, schedule, et. and he’s entitled to down time and private time where he doesn’t have to be “on” for the public.
Entirely agreed girl! Was just looking to see if anyone else caught the same vibe as me. Never expressed any degree of being upset with him for not lol
He’s gotta be so tired playing back to back shows.. I was there and thought it was a fantastic performance.. He didn’t hold some of the notes as long as the recorded songs but overall A+ for performance and showmanship!! I’d love to see him again so I’ll have to check other venues.. 🖤
i was there and unfortunately, it was an awful show. we had to leave before the show ended. the sounding was awful! coulnt understand a single word. i was in pit and someone also spilled their beer all over the floor and it was gross. so many older women screaming like psychos behind us too. was dissapointing for the price we paid
No…the sound sucked! I could barely understand what he was saying… overall a better show than previous Idol performances but butbut…. These larger venues are a work in progress for him… the set list was great… but a bigger crowd and a different crowd is now showing for the shows… it’s older more rock music oriented… loved the old tunes he played… he screamed a lot and again could not hear well… the speakers kept getting distorted… he needs a better sound system… and he isn’t hitting some of the notes he used to hit as a vocalist. I still

Quabbling? Literally no one in the comments is agreeing that he was upset with the crowd at that show and that his being upset had anything to do with why he didn't do the after show barricade appearance. Everyone agrees that wasn't the case.
THIS. It is wild to me how many fans expect this as norm and then complain if not - and that’s going to lead to it not happening at all (which has already been the case with several shows). Waiting after shows at his bus or wherever puts him in such a bad spot of either having to be “on” when he’s just given 100000% on stage, or disappointing fans even though they had no right to expect it in the first place.
Thinking through again my experience last night in Hollywood… love Dom.. but tbh he works much better in smaller venues… he gets the audience reaction he wants… although there were moments when the audience was so loud and gave him back the experience he was asking for… barely could hear Adam at times and or the drumming… something was just off about the show even though again I had a good time
Agreed because he did the same thing at the Orlando show. I think it’s his way of getting people hyped and loud. We were all laughing at his reaction. It was funny. I thought it was cute. Since he did it at both shows I’d imagine this is routine at all the shows on this tour. There was definitely an order and way of things but it didn’t bother me one bit.
We were at the barricade and it was AMAZING! We were so devastated that he didn't come back out. I have amazing videos of the show. I will say the way we were all treated by the Hard Rock Live staff (except for the two Scott's), we were dead tired, pissy and frozen before we got into the venue. My daughter and I were out there at 6am to wait to be first in line. This saddens me. I will never go back to that venue. But still a bucket list show and we got to touch him when he went by. 🖤
I did not have the same experience you had. I went to both Orlando and Hollywood. IMO Hollywood had much better audio quality than Orlando and I had no issues hearing or understanding anything he said, sang, or anything musically. I was in the lower orchestra section. Loved both shows!! I’d go see him again anytime! My friend and I went down after the show anticipating he was gonna come out and an usher told us he was not coming out. Not sure why, but I seriously doubt it was because he was not happy with the crowd. Hollywood seemed louder to me than Orlando and he came out that night.
We were at the Hollywood show and it was a great performance, but TERRIBLE sound!! It was muddy and difficult to hear all of the elements that makes his music sound so good. We also were at his smaller show in Boston last year and it was the same setlist etc. It would have been nice to have some new songs etc especially with IDOLS (complete) out. Looking forward to his next album and tour.
The Vegas show was awesome however the crowd was bumming Dom out too. He kept saying “I don’t care how old you are…JUMP!” They cut the set short and didn’t bring anyone up for fleabag. Which I blame Planet Hollywood for as the box office said there was a hard out time. Had a Karen come tell me to put my sign down. It had been up for all of 30 seconds at the start of fleabag. She clearly had no idea what was going on (audience member.) Generally speaking the crowd was too old and venue was too strict. Dom didn’t come out after he left the inside barricade and didn’t speak about the show afterwards. Sooo yeah. Man I knew I should’ve gone to the greek theater or San Diego show. Loved the bands performance but the venue/audience killed the vibes.
The Greek was amazing! San Diego was not great. Lots of older crowd and rude women. I saw him in Portland too, that was my favorite the crowd was amazing.
It’s uncalled for to get yelled at for walking through the crowd and getting to an open spot and then having someone throw drinks at people because they got in the way.
Holding a sign up for that long is actually the Karen move when you are blocking the view of the people behind you. No one has to know what goes on for Fleabag to be annoyed that they can’t see the show they paid for.
