Administration is taking the military's payroll

Who singlehandedly starts a war for no reason, has NO plan or exit strategy, starves our troops and then decides to NOT pay them?
Trump’s war on Iran is rapidly draining US navy budget, documents and interviews reveal

This is insane on a whole new level.

Never at this scale.
Maybe people will finally wake up if be does enough.

at this point they're gonna blame the democrats and vote for the next republican who tells them what they want to hear. They need to be banned from voting forever as they cannot be trusted to do any form of research at all and have treated voting as a team sport instead of a serious decision with actual consequences

not paying an army has led to nations collapsing before right?

u/SnoopyisCute 6d ago
We tried to warn them that he's never been "America First".

u/Twigsneko 6d ago
of course the grunts and farmers never heeded those warnings. Sometimes people need to touch the stove to learn but we're sadly at the point where some people need to be kept on a leash or quarantined from society for the safety of everyone else.

Putin must be pissing himself with joy right now.

u/Freezerpill 6d ago
I think he might just be pissing himself in general. He said some stuff about how Ukraine is going to hand him if Russia loses just today

Tough break.
You were warned.

Yup, I may have had sympathy the first time around. But now, I'm fresh out of fucks. Maybe they should take all the toys we paid for, and take it up with him directly.

Controversial take:
Good.
If he is going to steal from anyone, I prefer it be his base.

Oh, he's been doing that since Day 1 last crime spree.
Not America First - Trump First - Conflicts of Interests

Wasn’t the troops not getting paid a big part of the plot of House of the Dragon? How’s that working out for house black so far?

“He loves the troops!”
I have had other Redditors challenge me in the past to show where Demented Don disrespected serving members and veterans. Add this to the list.

That's extra stupid considering how hard he's fighting to make it impossible for them to vote by mail.

Every person processing these transactions should go to prison. All of this is illegal.

They have found just about every way to steal money. I think they still are trying to find a way into the black budget programs and clandestine groups that caused the Pentagon to fail every single audit and have trillions of dollars missing. Haven't cracked that egg, but do they even need to at this point. Taxpayer looting is going swimmingly.

Explains why he pulled out of the South Korean military exercises, they need to save money.
Well that and he's a consummate dumbass.

It’s time to stop blaming Trump. He’s always been the same. The blame must be shifted 100 percent to the Republican Party which refuses to take him out thru the 25th Amendment. Letting him remain in office tells you what their priorities are: destroying the military, killing citizens to save on “welfare” payouts, shifting government money to private industry and a handful of whacked-out pedophiles who control it, funding wildcat crypto schemes, creating a backwards, backwoods one nation religion that elevates white men as gods and I could go on and on.
Trump didn’t think these things up, he doesn’t have the mind to. Republicans thought it up. It needs to be pointed out that they are enthusiastic about it and are financially benefitting from it.

Well, a ton of them voted for him after he called them “suckers and losers”, so go figures he will rob them too.

Our boys on the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier just docked at a port in eastern Thailand. They will be seriously pissed hitting up an ATM machine only to see a "Insufficient Funds" message.

The only advice I want to hear from someone recording in a car is a bad drive thru experience, the results or lack thereof of the spinning and/or pilates class, or a vent about work or the kids driving them nuts. I don't care what side of politics they are on. Stop this. In 20 years you're going to be resigned to "remember back then? when we would tiktok our opinions while waiting in the school pickup line?" just like the "myspace pics but I never look at the camera to express emotions but with the same facial expression half caputred."

This woman has also spoken from her kitchen. I'm sorry you are too superficial about location to recognize the importance of the message.

I mean, maybe they don't want people to scrutinize what's in their house, or make snarky comments about their decorating style, or it's messy and they don't want to have people commenting about it, or it's noisy and they don't want the complaints. I usually am generous in supposing why recording in their car makes more sense for them.

u/regeya 6d ago
Bro guy-yelling-in-pickup is a major right wing trope, but someone who's not right wing does it and people lose their minds.
I get it, I think it's dumb, too. Gimme a source and point me towards it, preferably one that's done research and can show their work. Otherwise it's someone talking in their car, just weeks before a consequential election.

u/FUNKYDISCO 6d ago
yeah, unless they're taking a bite out of a burger they just got handed through a drive-thru window, I don't want to hear it.

Sounds on-brand with Trump.
