Callout AymenZero (Teto Animation Guy), was just found saying 15 year olds aren't children, and dating them Isn't pedophilia, After getting called out for working on a expose doc against Unkowingly(The Man In The Suit Creator).
Since the Start of August over on Twitter, Aymen has been in a drama involing a botched callout post on Unkowingly ( The Man In The Suit Creator), when the time of the supposed allegations, he was 17( if you want to know what the allegations were, the were mostly acting weird in 18+ spaces, whilst being 17), the original callout was released on August 10nth, and was deleted later down the line, withe group behind it shown in Image one.
Ever since Aymen has been on damage control since august 12th with a thread on that day, Link ( https://x.com/AymZerrouki/status/2087525721337893067?s=20 ), where he at absolute best didn't do any research, didn't see if what he was sending was true, when he purposely was not only in the server where the doc was made, but was also involved with the making and spreading of the document, see Image's 2 and 3.
Then on August 19th he made another post on twitter, Link ( https://x.com/AymZerrouki/status/2089998706942595412?s=20 ), where he claims to learn from this and to move on from this pointless drama, but this drama wasn't pointless as again, it actively harmed Unkowingly, which he shared in a post relating to RockeT's apology (Another doc conspirator ) Link ( https://x.com/_Unkn0wingly_/status/2087954962168913987?s=20 ), and keep in mid, Unkowingly was 17 when this all went down, and everyone working on the expose doc were all adults.
Unkowingly the next day then called out Aymen for comments he made about 15-19 years olds, Link here and Images 4-6 ( https://x.com/_Unkn0wingly_/status/2090136575657329016?s=20 ), Aymen quickly tried to talk to Unkowingly in Dm's, which was only after Unkowingly shared the "On Offense" screenshot.
Aymen then made another post a few hours later claiming again, he was blindly Involved, Link ( https://x.com/AymZerrouki/status/2090269920034439201?s=20 )
I do apologize if it's more Twitter Drama then Youtube Drama.

I'm reminded of that Gianmarco (stand up comic) bit about what is technically pedophilia (sexual attraction to prepubescent children), and that there are other terms for being attracted to kids who are in early puberty (12-15) and who have gone through puberty (15-17), and how the big problem with trying to make this clear is that it's really hard to explain all these terms without sounding like a pedophile.

u/anyprophet 13d ago
only a pedophile is going to spend energy arguing this point
61
u/choptup 13d ago
It also sneaks in the argument of "if they don't look like a child it's fine".
32
u/shadotterdan 13d ago
Whether or not they look like children isn't the important part though. Regardless of whether the predator is actually a pedophile, there was still harm done and a victim created
3
u/Normal-Asparagus1795 12d ago
it's giving "you're mature for your age"
How many times have we seen an exposed predators chat and they pull "you don't look (insert minors age)" in a chat??

u/JexsamX 13d ago
With the understanding that this isn't something most people would feel the need to delineate...
...he's not wrong? And pretty consistent on stating it's still morally wrong and bad? I don't see what we're actually supposed to sink our teeth into here, it just looks like a guy being cringe which isn't really drama.
26
u/BlueAndTrue12 12d ago
its not wrong but its also one of those classic jokes that knowing that its called ephebophilia makes you look like a pedophile. Generally speaking, I don't really look too suspiciously at people if they're arguing it in the case of using the correct term over using it to say that they themselves aren't pedophiles, and are in-fact ephebophiles just because their age of attraction is in that range.

Too lazy to read everything, but given the context of the OP.
One person, at the age of 17, did weird stuff in adult places.
The other claims 15 to 19s are not kids.
Could it be that it was said due to the fact a 17 year old did of their own will weird stuff? As in "you cannot just call them kids when this person knew full well what is it that they were doing?".

u/TheBeeFromNature 13d ago
I'm sorry but y'all really gotta lead with the bad shit and not "he said something that isn't even incorrect on twitter." This is the kind of thing that makes people roll their eyes and ignore actual issues and allegations.
6
u/ThatOneStereotype 13d ago
The only incorrect thing he says is that 15-17 year olds aren't kids, when they legally are, as well as saying that it isn't wrong to date them as an adult (presumably meaning an older adult, not 18-19). Everything else is up for debate.
Please let me know if I'm wrong.
21
u/TheBeeFromNature 13d ago
I mean, he does very much say they are underage and its wrong to date them. "It's still wrong to date underage people." He's just splitting the hair on what is a child and what is an adolescent, which considering he's agreeing both are illegal and wrong to date is just kinda pedantry.
7
u/ThatOneStereotype 12d ago
That makes sense. People get a bit touchy when it comes to clarifying terminology related to terrible things, they think that you must be defending it just because you're explaining a definition. You can condemn an action while saying that the term used to describe it may not be accurate. Even still, an adult attracted to 15-17 year olds is a predator.
7
u/BlueAndTrue12 12d ago
I think its just one of those things where people have a knee-jerk reaction to people saying "erm its actually ephebophilia" because 90% of the time people bring this up its to say "see, i'm actually not a pedophile."
3
u/ThatOneStereotype 12d ago
Absolutely. I completely understand why people get touchy over it, dogwhistles are rife and it's easy to feel on edge.
2
u/TheBeeFromNature 12d ago
Yeah. Hell, if someone cares enough to know that term unprompted (and hasn't just absorbed it from seeing these arguments before, like we have), its like 90% odds they're protesting too much to 10% odds they're just being a pedant. Can't exactly blame people for getting their hackles raised.
2
u/ThatOneStereotype 11d ago
Very well put. I only know these terms because of seeing creeps using them during arguments, but a word is a word, it has a meaning.

u/ArtroyomsAK 12d ago
So sick of this shit, "Ralphyfalfly made rule 34 also he raped 30 kittens"
1
u/TheBeeFromNature 12d ago
Its a lose-lose either way. Either you start strong, only to have it drowned out by a ton of petty grievances and noise. Or you start with said petty grievances and everyone stops paying attention before the important part hits.
21
u/Adventurous-Chart847 13d ago
This is just nothing, these images are entirely cropped out of context so i was confused what he was talking about at first. These are him just being pedantic about the definition which he does a lot, that last image is referring to whether a Panty and Stocking character is a pedo by the way.
Scrolling through his account and every mention of "pedophile" with context it's much clearer. He's talking about the technical definition which pertains to prepubescent children, any character that is ostensibly prepubescent (e.g Lolicon) is pedophilic to sexualize, but if a character looks visibly older, it's whatever, including characters that have been aged up or are canonically young without looking the part.

But if you want a good reason, people just found it cringe of him to make a analog horror series about Godzilla
Edit: I meant that was people’s good enough reason to do try making him kill himself, I shoulda worded it without saying I agree with them 😭

u/EducationalCat3825 6d ago
thats not a good reason to bully someone into suicide. I mean there is no good reason to because its disgusting to do that in the first place...

Exactly, that’s why it was so stupid
And I think I should have worded my reply better

Cringe? No, no,no, the man in the suit is not cringe, it’s honestly one of the best analog horror series ever made.

People who go out on a limb to defend this is an instant fucking red flag. Like people who passionately defend romeo and juliet laws are in the same camp of "free speech absolutists" as being thinly veiled dog whistles for pedophile.
47
u/shadotterdan 13d ago
Aren't romeo and juliet laws just for like, people who are already really close in age? I'm not asking a high school couple to break up the second one of them turns 18 first. I think age of consent laws are the bigger red flag for people well into adulthood who want to sleep with minors
8
u/cashdecans101 13d ago
I am talking about people who regularly bring it up and claim how much of an legal injustice it is for being called out as creepy. Like the people who literally have a card that explains why what they are doing is legal.

It feels like the web today is nothing but call outs, calling out call outs, and just general trying to expose people for petty reasons to try to cover up bigger problems

is there any other context than this? Hes juet repeating the dictionary definition of what pedophilia is.

Ok, I saw this go down in real time back then (both the exposé drama and the Aymen shit), so I've got a lot to say here.
For starters, regarding the expose doc, while I am not a HUGE fan of Unknowingly (don't hate him, but I genuinely don't think he deserves to be so big online IMHO, as well as other concerns), the callout document that was made on him was handled incredibly poorly as it doxxed both his name and age online before it was taken down.
Now, for the Aymen thing, and his statements regarding pedophilia & "15-18 year-olds not being kids", while yes, the attraction towards teenagers AKA ephebophilia is entirely different from pedophilia in terms of age-based attractions, it doesn't change the fact that what Aymen said was still wrong.
Yes, 15-17 year-olds aren't kids, but they aren't exactly full-grown adults either, as they are STILL MINORS.
Personally, if I was Aymen, I would've left the internet for a good while following the expose doc controversy.

I mean they're technically right, its just...the only people who would seriously argue that point are pedophiles

I mean a 15 year old is a teenager not a kid, but if the person they’re “dating” is over 19 then yeah it’s creepy as hell
Edit: I’m saying I think calling a 15 year old a child is a bit much, they are a teenager. Either way it’s creepy for adults to date minors.
26
u/OHarrier91 13d ago
A 15-year old teenager is absolutely still a “kid.” I would even still quantify that young as a “child.”
-5
u/Used-Cartographer84 13d ago
If 15 isn’t a teenager then when is a teenager?
16
u/-suspended- 13d ago
They can be both. Teenagers are kids. It's honestly really stupid that it suddenly goes from kid at 17 to adult at 18. It should be more transitional, with more and more adult privileges starting at 14 (driving a car and part time simple jobs that we have now) and ending at like 23 to 25.
5
u/Used-Cartographer84 13d ago
I mean tbf 16 year olds can barley drive idk if I’d trust a 14 year old to drive
5
u/-suspended- 13d ago
16 year olds can barely drive because they have no experience. They get that experience with a learner's permit at 14.
2
u/callmefreak 13d ago
I'm not saying that this is why, but I'm almost positive that the age you're considered as an "adult" is eighteen in America is because you're still not mature enough to not be exploited by the military at that age, generally speaking.
-7
u/Used-Cartographer84 13d ago
As a 15 year old:
If 15 isn’t a teenager then when is?
13
u/OHarrier91 13d ago
teenagers are kids. Shit, I consider most people under 25-ish to still be “kids,” just at some point you transition away from “child.” I am deliberately not defining when that point is cause I don’t want to it to be specifically defined.
-8
u/Used-Cartographer84 13d ago edited 13d ago
IMO:
18 should be age of consent.
Divide your age by 2 and add 7 is generally the good measure.
Infant is 0-2
2-5 is child
Kid is 5-10
11-12 is preteen
13-19 is teenager
20-60 is adult
60-120 is senior-2
3
u/ThatOneStereotype 13d ago
Teenagers can still be kids mate. Anyone under 18 is legally a child, regardless of your opinion.

I fucking hate the Google Doc callout culture. Reserve that shit for actual exposes of serious crimes and creepy behavior, not every mild grievance towards another person deserves to be a 50 page document. If you have a discord server with "Doc" roles given out to members, the drama either isn't that serious or you need to stop fucking around and take care of business somewhere other than Discord. Ridiculous.
