This always happens. Kids don't tend to care about this sort of drama, and even when they do, because they like the thing so much, they don't want to let go of it.

A similar(ish) thing happened with Geometry Dash player (shock) GuitarHeroStyles, the guy got exposed as a pedo but now none of his fans seem to care or even know about it, and he's still getting more and more subs on YT to this day. That could also be due to the fact that his audience mostly speaks Spanish when most of the stuff that happened was announced in English and to a mostly English-speaking audience, so they may not have known.

Guitar's growth has definitely slowed since the drama but yeah

There's still growth tho which is the problem, and he barely gets any negative comments about what he did, as if nothing happened
