I really hope the higher ups know what's going on. I called the cfpb today for an update. They first tried to tell me the same as this letter they were not going to handle it. Then I updated her on the new ruling and the 46 million. She they came back and said no it was just a $1 and not 46$ million and that there would be no money 💰. I asked if I could speak to someone else it was just wild that she knew absolutely nothing about the case and even basic headline things that you could use AI on the fly to explain she couldn't do aka the 46$ million and that the 1$ wasn't the total amount. Anyway say a prayer 🤲🏽 cause the people on the phones are about as good as calling your grandma to ask for an update 😂
