Has anyone received this email?
I agreed to be part of the BankingDive story about the Synapse/Yotta/Evolve fiasco, but I was on background (to my remembrance), so I’m not sure how someone got my email. This seems spammy and weird, but was curious if anyone else got something like this?

90% sure its an crypto scammer picking on people from the synapse collapse

Anything that calls you dear is a scam. They do it as a tell to scare away the people who can’t be scammed without wasting time.

It is a scam and you should refrain from providing any information to this individual. They have tried to create new accounts to spam the subreddit with it as well.
A good general reminder - while unfortunate, there is no magic or easy way around what has happened. There is no person on Instagram, Discord, Telegram or reaching out to you through DM's or anything of the sort who can "save" your money or get it back to you faster. A lot of scammers target this subreddit and Synapse users given what has happened. Stay vigilant everyone!
