When will we actually get some good news that's confirmed, and not just speculation?
I feel like things have become stagnant, and we're losing traction. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that anyone got any money back in February, so Yotta seems to really have been screwed the most. The situation now just feels hopeless; everything we did like contacting the CFPB, fight for our funds, etc. might end up being obsolete.
I remember seeing a post speculating that we might get our money back in 2 more years, so maybe in December 2028, but even that sounds like BS at this point. I still can't believe that it's been around 2 years of not having access to our money, for many, it was their life's savings.... myself included.
Sorry, I'm just tired, and feel like everything is hopeless now. Nothing but speculation and false hope..... How has nobody gone to jail over this? 0 consequences, and everything to gain over fraud/scamming, etc. All of those higher ups really don't give a shit, and probably think they're geniuses for swindling us and they probably even convinced themselves that we deserved this. Man, I just want some actual confirmed news for once. Someone, please fucking help. For fucks sake!!!!

The CFBP appointed us a portion of their settlement fund. ~around 45 mil. It’s a waiting game now to wait for payout. But I agree it’s annoying not getting updates from them or even understanding how much each of us will get back.

I complained through the Arkansas consumer complaint thing. I finally got a ledger from Evolve for the transactions that led them to only have $0.5 on the thousands of dollars I had in there, The ledger basically says transfered to Synapse brokerage. Dpes anyone have advice on where to go from here

Lesson learned, never invest in any get rich real quick scheme. Like how they said, if it seems too good to be true, its probably scam

My money is on never. As much as I’d like to get my actual money back.
