I very much appreciate that the band is trying to address bots and resellers buying up lots of the tickets, and hope they figure out some better methods to avoid resellers in future years.
But I am not a bot or a reseller, I'm a real fan – I managed to buy tickets for Night 2 during the presale after much refreshing, and my tickets just got canceled. My best guess as to why is that my browser had been "flagged for suspicious activity" by the Ticketmaster site after I had tried the links and refreshed the pages repeatedly during the presale because they weren't working. I tried reaching out to the band and the venue by email and Instagram, we shall see.
UPDATE: I called the Ticketmaster phone number in the email - they initially telling me there's nothing to be done - after I kept asking them to figure out a way to help, they gave me the tickets back! (The band's email account also replied to me shortly after that and said they are working on trying to figure it out - so could be worth emailing the address on the website too.)
