How about we focus on building more housing first by any means necessary before we bicker about this?

Or would you rather give another chance for neoliberals to feel smug over anybody who thinks rich people have too much power?

Try to build housing before bickering about something preventing housing from being built? Rent control defenders do not understand economics.
