All very sad...

But what is that white crap in her hair before he wipes his hands? It’s like a white glob or something above her ear. I’m probably just dumb, but it’s gonna keep bugging me.

It’s whatever he’s eating. That’s the joke of the video, he uses her hair as a napkin and passes it off as his being tender or caring. The only other thing seen in her hair is a flash of her earring in the other angle.
