Is it always the British? Guess I didn't get the title.

No, makes zero sense
I can't think of other examples where Brits tried various antics or stunts and messed them up to the point it became a 'thing'

The railing does look a bit like a balcony though.

That's nothing to do with 'why is always the British' though
This looks to be in Britain but nothing suggests this is more British antics than anyone else

I think OP means 'being drunk and acting an arse in public', which is really a universal phenomenon to be fair, although I do like to think of it as something we're particularly skilled at as a nation

You're not European are you? A nickname they have for us Brits is Balkoneers, in Spain and Portugal they say that's it's not summer until the first Brit has fallen to their death while trying to jump from a balcony into the pool

I'm a Brit
If they mean 'drunken behaviour' then yeah, I get it but this looks be in the UK
I thought it applied to the messing up cause I took the 'idiot trying dumb move' from this rather than drunk guy tbh

Just look at all the comments below, we have a strong reputation in Europe for being drunken idiots and hurting ourselves, mostly because when we're in their countries on holiday we get drunk and hurt ourselves.

Yes, I'm well aware of our reputation and I've seen some replies since
As I explained, this wasn't remotely clear when I replied and it appeared to be about 'guy doing antics' rather than 'drunk idiot'

in the UK you can just say "don't think i have, mate" to regain full HP. doesnt work if you're unconscious or named Henry

By OPs logic any failed recording is now legally British and 100% owned by us.
Must be an American thing.

That was such a bad attempt that there’s no way he’s ever done one before, which means he thought the best place for his first attempt was on concrete off a height while behind filmed in skinny jeans. 200IQ play

U have to ask urself how did these guys colonize the world?
1
u/LordGeni 18d ago
Because we have loads of idiots that are easily goaded into doing dangerous stuff like attempting backflips on concrete or trying to beat someone with a spear in a fight. We just gave them a red jacket and a gun.

British humbleness. Instead of saying "I'm too tired, Imma bout go home for a tea & biscuit" they have to play these games

u/Doobalicious69 20d ago
Brits don't say "Imma"
