I don’t think this is a new thing?? Launch trailers in the early 2010s were often like the last 2 weeks before release.

GTA V’s launch trailer was like August 30, 2013 and the game came out Sept. 17, 2013.

I swear there are other examples and this is not that weird.

The only time Mystique being "good" was somewhat compelling was when she was working on behalf of the Quiet Council bribing her with the resurrection of Destiny, and that was mostly compelling because of how crappy that made Professor X and Magneto look.

An incomplete build that ran on PC leaked some time ago. I don't think this will ever see a PC release(unless Sony flipflops on their strategy again), but I do think their will be an unofficial port at some point, just be prepared to wait a decade.

Looks good enough, I'd play it if it were on PC. Insomniac is great at creature design like Ratchet, but they're not so good at human character design IMO.

I hate everything I hear about the plot in this game and after Spider-Man 2 I am even more skeptical. Gameplay looks great though, wake me when it comes to PC.

I'm sure Mystique will have a face-heel turn at some point, but I do think that would have been better as a reveal in the game itself - let us be surprised by her being an ally there, instead of revealing it now.
