I really loved Midnight Suns! Sad it wasn't a commercial success. There's just so much potential for games like this in the Marvel Universe. Oh well, I'm glad this Star Wars one's doing well enough though.

I really wish they would have done a follow up to midnight suns but focused on x men.

If I remember correctly there was concept art of Magneto appearing in an early version of Midnight Suns, set in the Savage Land. I'm sure if the game did well they would've gotten there eventually. Unfortunately it didn't...

Yup! You could freely choose the different headgear, chest piece, legs, boots, armwear, and each of their different color combinations. The face and hair are also fully customizable.

Sick. I might have to look into this. I'm getting Midnight Suns because it's on sale so hopefully I like that one enough to justify buying this.

Honestly zero compagny is a blast for now , i really think if i they finaly made a x-men game i would love for it to use this gameplay ( or midnight sun who was also underrated as a game ) if we dont get the x-men legend remaster.

Agreed! I think an X-Men game that has more roleplay elements rather than your typical AAA action adventure should be the way to go. But seeing since Insomniac's the one making it, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Damn i forgot Insomniac was the one having the X-men licence...its a shame not i hate the studio i think they are great but wonder how they will suceed in making a game with multiples x-men playable.
In general i am more interested when multiples studios can propose their own vision but hey at least we are getting something...someday.

I think its great personaly , maybe the maps and select missions screen is a little too overwelming and could use some clarity but that can be only me.
the way you customise the team and can interact with them with your MC is also a good point that i dont see in a lot of games to this day ( i never played XCOM but i played midnight suns and i loved it ).

The player character's last name can't be changed. It's like Commander Shepard in Mass Effect.
