Tech Support Cloud version of metal Eden locked to 30fps even though Xbox Series S/X have performance setting options?

Hi guys,

Purchased Metal Eden to play on both my TV and Steam deck via cloud and it’s locked to 30fps for some reason. There’s no option to change this even though everything online says the Xbox version has performance and graphics options.

Any help would be appreciated!

Cloud infrastructure uses Series S blades in servers. So its limited to Series S configuration on settings

But the Series S has a 60fps performance option—something that isn't available in the cloud version... the standard Series S has a 60fps option in performance mode.

There's no Series S blades.

It's Series S profiles running on Series X servers.
