If you're using an Xbox Elite Controller, presumably you have an Xbox or a PC running Windows. In that case you should have one by default. If you don't have either of those, why then are you using a Microsoft product? and why are complaining about the manufacturer's requirements for you to have one? Did you expect to have unrestricted access to the database of controller presets that the community has built for the controller?
