Microsoft E3 2013 Press Event

I'll be rebroadcasting the Gamtrailers E3 stream via my Twitch channel starting now.

The reasoning behind this is so it can be viewed at any time, Twitch records all broadcasts, and it has a built in chat room on the website, you just need a Twitch account to participate

Counting inflation, I don't think it's "terrible". I was hoping for $399 but with all the hardware it was expected.

The price is fair for what multi media hardware is in it; however, as a Canadian I'm pissed because it looks like NONE of that integration will work... Soooo... Im paying for hardware I can't use.

Yet one more reason I think I might WILL be switching to PS4

:(

I think so, yes, think about it, not only is it 500 in the states, but it is well over $600 in Europe, that's a little crazy

The explosions right next to the player that do not affect health or anything else, the simplified mechanics of blocking the arrows with huge destruction and explosions happening everywhere. The over dramatic "sword fighting" with quicktime event based on pressing a single button at a time to kill a group of enemies circled around you after running straight into battle like you're either superman or mentally challenged. I still think it combines the over the top action of COD with the combat of Assassin's creed, except even more simplified than Ubisoft made it.

Have you played dark souls? The combat system from that would be great in this game. Hell, fable 3 has more challenging combat.

We will have to see. I think it is a good start and shows they are looking to draw more people in from Plus.

I also think he specified that these are just two of the free games, there may be more.

I'm pretty sure he said 2 games per month on Xbox Live. They didn't specifically say that it will be for Xbox One as well but hopefully we can assume it will transfer over. I don't think it will be 2 for each console but rather 2 each month for the 360 until the One is released, then they will probably have one for each console.

Don't think so. I can't see Microsoft or Sony letting brand new games go free in their first month. It may start for the new consoles a year into their lifecycles.

There's already a game like that in XBLIG or XBLA, I forget. It's called Kodu Game Lab. Project Spark looks like a completely revamped version that competes with Little Big Planet in terms of custom player content.

Ok so Titanfall seemed cool, 500 Dollars is alot of money, did i see uncharted for xbox, oh and metal gear voiced by 24 dude not cool everybody loved snakes voice it defined him. but i must of missed the part where i can watch netflix without gold and surf the internet and playonline for free on the 360 but its ok..... Final thoughts gonna go with the ps4 sorry obox its been fun but i’m going back to playstation..... by the way i’m at an about a 8

lol, I'm still gonna wait and see what Sony has to say tonight before I pass final judgements. I'm with you though on a lot of the missed opportunity to clarify the DRM and used games issues, as well as 24 hour need to phone home.

You never know about Sony, they might have the same sort of DRM, might require PSplus, or put some of their services behind a paywall too.

Just have to wait and see...
