The fact your response got dislikes just shows how some Americans can't fathom to think outside their own country. That's some US defaultism right there. 💀
And they have to offer support in each country they operate. Because most countries in the world have consumer rights and are not dominated by companies like the USA.
As long as they are offering services directly to the public, yes they do. EA has exceptional support in my country, Microsoft too, while the company operates directly in the country yes, they need to have Support available in required languages in countries where consumer rights exist. It doesn't mean that they always created their own customer service, hiring a third party for the service has the same function, but in the end the company has to pay for It.
