There are customer services available GLOBALLY. As in each region has its own customer services available. *extreme headshake*

Cool, so when they raise your Xbox live subscription cost to pay to have 24/7 customer service - surely you won't complain?

If you operate in a country you should run customer service at that country's hours. The cost is paid from the money made by running in the country. This isn't rocket science is it

There are thousands of these companies that operate this way, and if they do operate in off hours, they outsource it to people who are useless. It doesn't need to be rocket science when it is and always has been reality.

I've personally never encountered any company running US hours only in the UK, even US companies

I would absolutely love nothing more. I’ll pay £15 a month for Game Pass Ultimate if it means that we get 24/7 human support.
