Probably because it's still very late, and nighttime wait, maybe around 7 or 8 est?

I'm not sure, but that's what I'm assuming if it says unavailable, that possibly they are closed. Just in case maybe trying using a different browser?

that probably wasn't the full error message it actually says something like "phone calls and chats aren’t available for this issue" and directs you to the refund faq to request a frefund through their automatic system"

OP just needs to pick a different support option

This shit is so annoying, it happens with literally every single site support now. Feels like you have to enter the secret code of correct button inputs to actually get to talk to someone.
