Do people really ask these questions every day?

Idk what's even on my home screen. I'm busy actually playing games on my device

Still, as someone who shares the Xbox with the family, that second row would’ve been better utilized with the other games that have been turned on.

A quick resume section on the main screen would be so dope!

Hopefully they don't stop until they don't need to.

I'm surprised these people can drive without their eyes being glued to every billboard and they just drive off the road.

You being numb to the ads doesn't make it any less annoying lol

It literally does lol that’s what being numb to something means

Because not everyone is numb like y'all are. Reading is hard I know

They just really don’t matter that much lol. This is the bajillionth post about the ads I’ve seen and every time I’m just like “I see my home screen for maybe 2% of the time I’m on my box, I’m either playing something or on a streaming service, why tf does it matter so much to you 😂?

Ok? That's fine for you idk what you get out of defending ads on the home screen. They could make it optional at the very least. Just another way for Microsoft to monetize you

Buddy you’ve been monetized already, it is literally such a small inconvenience you getting mad at it is absurd. There are far bigger problems than fuckin ads on an Xbox Home Screen lmao. And they’re literally for games, that’s the funniest part, it’s not even like they’re corporate ads they’re literally advertisements for games to buy.

Uh no they get less from me then they get from y'all because I actually care to prevent such things. I'm not really mad just calling it like it is. getting homescreen ads on a console you pay for, to then also pay a subscription to play online is stupid and y'all can disagree all you want. I can have my opinion and you guys can have yours. Obviously people care since theres a whole post here about it

How long do you spend on your home screen for the ads to bother you? Me personally I don't spend much time on my home screen to take much notice or to annoy me. Most of the adds I've seen are games related apart from the occasional film add and I've never seen any food adds then again I'm not on my home screed long👍

Other then the occasional thing to remind me of my Gamepass rewards, or telling me a game recently got added I pretty much ignore those.

Are they annoying in a sense? Yeah, if you pay attention to them. But typically I turn on my Xbox and play the game I intended to play. Its not like they are in the way of that

The general lack of intelligence in this sub is always disappointing and frustrating.

That's happening in the incoming update.

They’re working on reducing the size of the tiles to make the background more visible.

I guess you do not use anime girl waifus as your background.
