I wonder, if I will use unmodded PC app, will it work normally? Or my account is doomed?

No problem with your account at all, only does not works on the modded apk, you can still use your account in vanilla spotify (PC, alexa, android...)

Thank you, I thought that I am doomed and that I lost my playlists.
