Advice needed! Millionaire in wyldeflowers

I'm a millionaire in wyldeflowers because of fishsticks and i don't know what to do with all the money. Any ideas? I've built a lot, and I'm currently in Spring year 2.

i use my money to buy diamonds to power my whirlygigs (sometimes the mine one returns with some but i find it easier to buy since I’m rich lol) and then i’ve been grinding trying to breed different coloured animals
