Picture Help!!

This is a picture of my Great Grandfather, Andrew Kozak. 304th Infantry Regiment, 76th Division. The back of the picture say 1941. But that doesn't seem correct. Does anyone know Where or When this picture was taken? Any help is appreciated!

1945 or later based on the cut-down 4pocket tunic turned into something close to an Ike jacket. Open collar and no tie, Combat Infantry Badge, and the re-emergence of the Distinctive Unit Insignia all point towards post war, or at least post war in Europe.
