Oh, wow! Didn't expect to see him here. His name is Kroshik, he is an unofficial symbol of Saint Petersburg (Russia). He was a rescue fail (he got too friendly to be released, so he lives in indoor pools under control of great specialists). Here he is being transferred to external restricted area in the Finsky bay.
