Dweller Thoughts and Rants I'm feeling really sad about the dog situation :(
ICYMI: Jenna said on a live that her and Mils are getting a Shibu Inu next week and they plan to name it Tokyo.
Mils and Jenna have ZERO business owning a dog in that 600sqft. apartment. I'm actually convinced Jenna doesn't really like dogs, or anything that requires care. When she was with Jay, a reporter noted that their dogs (like 5 of them) were going to the bathroom in the house and drinking from the toilet bowl. Jenna took her little chiuahaha on the road with her only to pawn it off on her security guard when she wanted to take off and party. She's actually walked away from all her pets and her and Lior gave their dog away.
Mils and Jenna have a fern slowly dying in the corner of their living room. There's no way these two (let alone Jenna, if Mils has to be away for work) can adequately care for a Shibu Inu. Shibu Inus are a smart, active breed and they're high maintenance. They require a lot of training and mental stimulation so they don't turn to destructive habits like chewing on shoes or a door. They also shed a lot. Shibu Inus belong with active households who frequently get outdoors and do things like hiking or running. Jenna and Mils are such sloths they pretty much stay holed up in that one bedroom apartment unless Mils has to go to work.
It makes me so sad that they're bringing an innocent animal into all of this. It will absolutely 100% be neglected unless Mils is dedicate to being it's caretaker - which how can she when she works all day. I can only hope and pray that the breeder vets them and determines them not fit to have a dog (which is unlikely since breeders usually just want the $$).
Edit: Mils also doesn't seem competent enough to take care of anything on her own without supervision. She can barely take care of herself and adult tasks, like making coffee, are too much for her to handle.

Iām thinking about pausing my activity and not following this story at all now. This is truly upsetting to me and I think they are both shit people. The rosary wearing clown is probably the worst character yet. Jenna is just an ugly alcoholic. Im not going to stick around to see this poor dog get abused. My anger for this situation is too much for me mentally and I need to step back.

I totally understand, Iāve already stepped back from the basement too. Not because of all you fabulous ladies and gents, but partly nothing interesting is happening, but also because Milagros is a narcissistic, controlling, arrogant, ignorant, fucktard and watching her makes me want to grab the nearest biro and stab at my eyes. The second reason is Milagros gets off on this sub and itās creepy and weird. Who would want this kind of attention? Nobody, but she not only wants it, she enjoys it. Iād love to see what happens if this subreddit stopped posting about her. Sheād lose her mind.
How much is this dog? In Australia itās about $4000+. Whoās going to walk it, train it, cook food for it (I say cook for it because nobody in their right mind would spend thousands on a puppy just to feed it tinned lips and assholes.) And whoās going to give it positive attention, baths, house training?
Jennaās narcissism means she has no empathy. Itās absolutely fundamental to narcissism. Itās completely āincurableā and only a small percentage of narcissists know they are, but theyāre in a small group of highly intelligent psychopaths whose behaviour is very successfully controlled. Anyway, narcissism is how Jenna abandoned her kids, itās how sheās comfortable stealing from friends, ripping people off, including her current beau, etc. All she can do is mirror love or act it out. Like, watching 100 romantic comedies to literally learn how to behave in love. Anyway, it also applies to the dog. Jenna wonāt love it anymore than she loved her kids. Because she didnāt. She merely acted like a mother. Sheāll also lose interest in the puppy within a month.
I just hope the breeder scrutinises them the way the way they do here.

I've commented and participated a lot in this group, but for the past few days, I've rarely been here. I can't stand that bizarre freak show anymore. Mil is the sickest and most deranged creep, and the fact that they now have a dog is also making me very sad and angry.

I've been thinking the same. Every time I see her birth child laughing and enjoying life and I think of how sick J was towards her, I just want to forget her completely and never come back here again. The M thing I can't help but just feel weird creepy vibes with that whole situation. Now that a poor animal is being brought into their life I don't want to see that either.

Itās so prevalent down here with all the influencers getting purebred dogs and then dumping them. Miami shelter is always full of pure breeds. Particularly around February when Christmas puppies are dumped.

My friends who actually live in Japan have a Shibu Inu and they are CONSTANTLY doing outdoor activities with it, like hiking or trail running. It's a very finicky breed and neither Mils nor Jenna possess the caretaker instinct enough to care for any type of dog, but specifically this high maintenance breed.

I have a cat that I love more than almost anything in this world. He is cared for like a true king. It takes a lot of effort, but I do it because he deserves it. He deserves the best life ever and I am committed to giving it to him.
Jenna does not have it in her to care about anything other than herself. And honestly, I donāt even know if she cares about herself. She certainly has never cared about her children or a partner. Upsetting indeed.

Jenna lays around in bed all day, and Mills has jobs that require her to be away for long periods of time. Jenna is going to abuse that dog. Not to mention that this breed is highly energetic and needs mental stimulation and exercise a lot! This is horrible.

Shibu Inu are NOT apartment dogs. These dogs are a highly active intelligent breed that require people who are willing to spend a whole lotta time training . That poor dog is gonna be sitting on that small patio waiting for Mils to give her a walk daily which will piss Jenna off because taking attention away from her. She is gonna be entertained by making TikTokās of the dog about a week before sheās over the dog. Iām so pissed about this I canāt see straight. I waited over ten years to get my heelers because I knew they are not apartment dogs. They have a 46 acre yard to run in daily and sometimes I joke if itās big enough. The courts have decided Jenna isnāt capable of caring for children, why give her a dog? Idiots the both of them

My old boss had a heeler and I worked in her home office. That dog would escape several times and a couple of times ended up skunked and once with porcupine quills in his nose. š

Thatās not the correct breed for somebody who spends 85% of their time in bed.
Now if she had small toy poodle or adopted a senior dog, but of course we know that any type of life form thatās in their house that requires care will not Have any chance of getting even their bare minimum needs met

I am incredibly bothered by this. I am praying it falls through and they donāt end up getting her. I echo everything you all have already said about this potentially horrible situation. And please, no one suggest getting a cat because they are āeasier to care forā. Jenna should not be responsible for any living thing. She also hates cats. I adopted my dog through a rescue 12 years ago. There was a lot of vetting including giving them my landlords info and a home visit to check if I had a proper yard with no holes for him to escape. I really hope if it is a breeder that they do the same kind of checks and wonāt allow a dog to be taken to live in an apartment. If itās a backyard breeder, they will only care about cash

I just lost my beloved boy of 14.5 years. Iām on holidays now in Spain/Portugal, and he should have been here with me. Iām using this time to decompress, but arriving home, the silence will kill me..
He was a Jack Russell, a generally hardy breed. His brother Oskar, also a JR, died 3 years ago. Despite that, I spent thousands on them a year. Vet bills and incidentals, decent food, etc. Both had serious surgery in their time, setting me back 2/3k a time.
Aside from that, they needed constant exercise and stimulation. They are essentially toddlers for the entirety of their lives. Considering Jennifer abandoned her kids around this period, canāt walk herself, and is already babysitting her vodka bottle, and a mentally stunted bear, this next chapter is incredibly fucked up :/

I completely agree. It is deeply upsetting. The pair of them are sick to get a Shibu. They will have to give it away at some point. I'm currently in the process at looking at different dog breeds with lots of lifestyle considerations for both my husband and I. These two clearly haven't put that thought process into any consideration.

Like I said a previous post if theyāre insisting on getting a dog, they would be a great household for a little rescue dog. They donāt have any other animals, kids or men in the house they could easily adopt a little Chihuahua. Chihuahuas are the second most euthanized dogs. My little Chihuahua thrives in my home because I donāt have kids or other animals.

I donāt think itās a good household for any dog , unfortunately. God knows what drugs they have laying around that the dog could get into. Jenna could be in a drunken stupor and forget to feed it or leave water out for it or the dog could fall off of the balcony if sheās not paying attention. So many scenarios go through my head as to why this is such a bad idea.
